“Lovely hotel, great staff and perfect location”

Another perfect stay in this lovely hotel. It's a very peaceful place to sleep despite being in the centre of Palma. Lovely staff, breakfast and exceptionally clean.

The hotel is tucked away just off a main street, and is in walking distance of main sightseeing attractions. The hotel is tucked away just off a main street, and is in walking distance of main sightseeing attractions. The staff on reception were excellent they were welcoming and very helpful, nothing was too much trouble. The breakfast buffet had a great choice of food to suit all. Overall this hotel ticked all our boxes for a short city break in Palma.

Whilst the location was great, very peaceful, very central, it is down a quiet and fairly dark street where homeless people sleep in nearby doorways. This could be intimidating for some guests. The standard double room we had was adequate, quite compact. Unfortunately because of the layout and furniture in the room, most of the clothes storage was inaccessible - the bedside table blocked access to most of the wardrobe and drawer space. There was a coffee pod machine, but no milk, and no tea-making facilities as advertised. The shower room was good, apart from the seal on the shower door leaking. After telling reception it was supposedly fixed, but the next day flooded the floor of the shower room, making clothes and towels wet. Fantastic selections of continental and cooked food at breakfast, although limited space in the dining room meant at busy times guests have to eat outside on the terrace - not ideal in cooler weather.

A nice hotel in the heart of Palma with a perfect location. It’s a small, cosy property, the rooms are on the smaller side, bathroom amenities are provided only upon request. The cleanliness is a real issue. You’ll want to bring flip‑flops, as the floors are noticeably dirty and dusty, as if they haven’t been properly cleaned in quite some time. Soundproofing is also very poor — you can hear conversations and footsteps in the corridors, the elevator, and even furniture being moved in the rooms above. One morning, the fire alarm went off at 07:00, which didn’t help the overall experience. On the positive side, the reception staff are nice and helpful. They assisted with renting a car for the day and arranged a taxi in the middle of the night. The food is average; you may find yourself reaching for extra salt to improve the flavour. There is no hotel parking, so don’t rent a car.
