My wife and I arrived at this hotel late evening due to a delay with the coach transfer from the airport. Obviously we had missed the evening meal,however they kept a cold plate and fresh fruit for us,together with a glass of wine or beer. We went up to our room which we found on the small side and not many places to put our clothes away. Next morning we enquired at reception about a room change and were given another room along the same floor. Apparently the rooms at either end are smaller. The replacement room was fine although I am not a lover of wash basins in the living area,although that seems to be the current trend. The food in the restaurant could do with being hotter. We had three lovely days,weather a bit hit and miss and then my wife took ill. I asked reception to call a doctor out and my wife was given a triple injection for nausea,diarrhoea etc. The doctor said it was magic but it didn't work ! A couple of days later messaged doctor to say no improvement,she told us to go to the hospital. A taxi ride to the local public hospital and bloods were taken and my wife was put on a drip for an hour for fluids. Diagnosis gastroenteritis. She picked up a little after that but was still fairly ill. We were due to fly home the next day so panic set in. I can't praise the reception staff highly enough. My wife was in bed for three day's,reception rang the room to ask how she was and did we need anything. Every time I went out they enquired about her welfare. They liased with the doctor and jet 2 and made numerous phone calls for us. On the day of us coming home jet 2 said it was their policy to not let you fly unless there is a 48 hour period since the last symptoms. Looking like we were not coming home - more stress. They then said if a doctor provided a fit to fly note they would accept 24 hours. A doctor was called out again by reception staff. He arrived, examined my wife and we got the fit to fly note. Our holiday was a bit of a nightmare due to the illness of my wife but the front of house ladies and gents made it so much more bearable for us. Those people were a credit to the hotel and we can't thank them enough.

We had an excellent stay at the Fergus Stylus Palmanova. Aga, the manager, was exceptional—she went above and beyond to ensure we were happy, comfortable, and well looked after, and she gave us great recommendations for both the hotel and local restaurants. Gloria was also incredibly helpful, providing useful information about tours, excursions, and taxis. The catering manager worked tirelessly to make sure we were well taken care of, and the bar staff were fantastic—especially Esan, who really made our stay even more enjoyable. Every member of staff was hardworking and attentive. The hotel itself is in an incredible location, with amazing views that made our stay even more special. We had a wonderful trip and will definitely be returning next year. Now that we have a better knowledge of the hotel and the local area, we’re already looking forward to coming back. We would also highly recommend Petra at Lemon Tours. There’s such a wide variety of tours and trips—something for everyone. We did three this week and have already planned another three for our next visit. Each one was great fun, well organised, and excellent value for money. We’ve made some fantastic memories thanks to some truly wonderful people. Thank you, Kerry and Mark

“Could do better”

We have had several stays at Fergus hotels in Majorca. Tried this one for the first time in 2025. Was warmly welcomed back at reception then even though it was nearly midnight and the next day had a bottle of wine and a card left in our room. Had a lovely stay and on that basis decided to return this year. This year we booked direct with the Fergus website. We did the online check in so nothing to do for the receptionist. We barely got a welcome back or nice to see you. No welcome drink either despite us seeing many guests receiving one. Disappointing start. To get to our room which was 4th floor we had to go across an outdoor area. On 27th April there was a dead beetle on the floor on this area. It was still there when we left 6th May. Not the cleanliness I’d expect especially as other areas are immaculately clean. When we had downpours of rain there were puddles that were dangerous to walk to the lift and left residue in the puddles these were also left to dry up. On arrival at the room we had a bottle of water in the fridge. The website says the water is replenished every day. On day 4 we hadn’t had any more water. I asked at reception about this and she told me you only get some on your first day. I told her that on the Fergus website it states we get it every day. She nodded her head and said no. I had to show her the screenshot on my phone for her to believe me and said she would implement this for us which she did. We only had breakfast which was plentiful when it came to choices. The only thing that we feel lets it down is the quality of the orange juice at breakfast. It has a horrid powdered taste quite unpleasant and not what we expect from a hotel of this standard. On the first morning we stood there expecting someone to take our room number. Stood there a few minutes and nobody did so so we sat down. Luckily we knew the ropes from last year but if it’s first time at this hotel it isn't exactly friendly or welcoming. For the whole 10 days our room number at arrival at the restaurant was checked once. Anyone could just walk in off the street and get a free breakfast. I do feel the staff clearing tables etc didn’t look especially happy in there work. The lady who cooks the eggs though is great and always has a smile. It makes a difference. The staff at reception didn’t seem particularly friendly or happy in their work either.Certainly not like 2025 - I’m not sure why this is but it seemed a different atmosphere. We love the location of the hotel across from the beach and so close to nice restaurants. Despite this after our lacklustre experience I don’t think we will return.
