Wonderful hotel, super position right opposite the beach, lovely pool, excellent food with so much choice, great staff some of whom have been there for over 20 years, comfortable and spacious bedroom

Stayed here april for nights. Arrived around lunchtime and room was ready. First floor overlooking the beach . Lovely. Unable to use jacuzzi as not in operation until may onwards. Stayed here april for nights. Arrived around lunchtime and room was ready. First floor overlooking the beach . Lovely. Unable to use jacuzzi as not in operation until may onwards. Sauna was available, but needs to be booked in advance. The lift that accesses the jacuzzi and other areas was in use from the hotel foyer but out of service from the other side due to broken glass??? Not sure why that made a difference. Only way to get down from this part of the hotel was to use the spiral staircase that was very awkward. Didn't use the gym facilities on offer as not my thing nor did we use the sauna. Pool isn't heated. Was cold as expected in april. Was fine once in for a small dip. Very small pool but adults only hotel right next to the beach, don't need a pool really. Breakfast was ok. Good variety but only had it twice. Nice restaurant. Didnt have dinner as wasnt all inclusive. But menu changed daily and was viewable by scanning a qr code. Room: Unfortunately its not very soundproof. They play jazz type music in the morning at a moderate level, which if you are in a room like we were, can wake you up and is very repetitive. Staff unable to adjust the volume or change this, which isn't their fault, but guests should be told about this before booking. Stay in a corridor room or at the back of the hotel and I reckon you would be fine. Shower leaked onto bathroom floor and shower head was hit and miss. We also had a leak caused by the room above which was quickly fixed the next morning but was clearly audible all night even with door closed. Couldn't get the air conditioner to work at all no matter what buttons were pressed. Left the balcony door open on the nights it was warm. Fantastic location. Friendly staff. Efficient service with repairs. Just needs a bit more work done on it to be a true 4 star. More like a high 3. Would still come back but ask for a different room next time.

The location of the hotel can't be faulted. Right opposite the beach, on the main street with plenty of bars and restaurants. The hotel was fine, clean and tidy. The food itself was basic but the dining experience was elevated by the server who went out of her way to ensure my friend (gluten allergy) was catered for, even remembering her the next morning. We were given the rooms in the annexe, which I was a little concerned about after reading the poor reviews. The rooms were actually fine, apart from a lack of fire evacuation instructions (found this out when the alarm sounded briefly in the night) Unfortunately, the roof terrace we had to cross to access had no lighting so was quite hazardous - especially after rain. The rooms can also be access by a separate door on the main street which was helpful, saved us from having to walk through the reception area and past the pool and across the poorly lit terrace. However, the flimsy glass door to the street (which required a key card for access) had been left open on 2 occasions meaning that non guests passing by could access the building. It would benefit greatly by having a new, more secure door on a spring fitted. All in all, we had a decent stay - it's not 4 stars though.

I have just stayed for four nights as a solo traveller. I didn't make use of all the amenities, so can't speak for the gym, bar or pool area. But the reception and restaurant teams are lovely and friendly. The rooms are comfortable and clean, but unfortunately there is no soundproofing at all. The problem wasn't even necessarily noisy guests (although I was woken/kept up by this on several nights), just the fact that you can hear everything going on in the corridors and rooms around you. I could hear the shower of the room next to mine, someone's early morning alarm, talking and laughing. It's in a great area, near to the bus stops, supermarkets, restaurants and shops. Easy to get the bus to Palma and the airport. But I would imagine staying here as the season gets busier can be a bit of a nightmare, sound and sleep-wise.
