“Amazing family holiday”

Currently here on our last night after one week all inclusive and it’s been brilliant. As most of the reviews say, the staff are amazing and work tirelessly all day and night. The food at the buffet and a’la carte were excellent, as were the cocktails! Didn’t really have an issue getting a sun-bed in the morning, I went down just before 9am and there would be some people waiting, but this wasn’t an issue as we always got a bed. Pools were lovely and the kids spent most of the day in there! Considering it was August, I never felt it was overcrowded and always seemed to be able to get a drink at the bars within a few minutes. The entertainment was decent, especially the Michael Jackson act! Kids clubs (mini as my children are 6 and 3) were good, although I don’t think we should have paid for some of the stuff. The kids loved the T-shirt painting but some of the staff were very strict on how much paint they would put out (it cost €9 each). Also, they were a bit strict on the children making mess (not sure what they expected with paint and young children!). All in all, a fantastic holidays and would recommend.

Location is close to beach, shops and bars. Location is close to beach, shops and bars. We unfortunately had a room which was facing the road meaning we didn’t get much sleep due to people walking past all night shouting etc, plus loud motorbikes/cars would zoom by. also people let their small children shout down the corridors during the early hours!! Not the hotels fault but this happened on several occasions. So we didn’t get much sleep, the whole week!!! We have came home pretty shattered. The room however was spotless and really beautiful. Our son was classed as an adult (16) and had a put up bed, he’s 6ft 3 so that was interesting and also very noisy everytime he moved, it sounded like it was going to collapse 🤣 Food was great, something for everyone. Pools were lovely and the life guards are on it, sunbeds are hard to get if you don’t go down first thing, which I refuse to do on holiday!!! So we headed to the beach for a few days. My mum is disabled so we realised there is a bed saved for anyone who is disabled so we had that one, shared between 6 of us!!! Then we were lucky on a couple occasions to get some beds. Not loads there for teenagers to do, can’t comment on activities for the younger children tho. Nightly entertainment we seen was pretty shocking! A man blowing bubbles, a quiz (you need your phone for) and a Bruno mars tribute band! The other nights we went out. All staff are so friendly and helpful, honestly didn’t meet one member of staff who wasn’t smiling. Overall a good hotel, wouldn’t rush back. But it’s ok.

This is a good hotel with high level all inclusive service, food and drinks. The rooms are big and well fitted out, and the standard of cleanliness across the site is excellent. This is a good hotel with high level all inclusive service, food and drinks. The rooms are big and well fitted out, and the standard of cleanliness across the site is excellent. Come outside of term time or maybe half terms at the start of end of the season and I doubt you’d find anything to complain about, however, we’re here in August and the reality is that in a full hotel the pool areas simply aren’t big enough for the volume of people staying, Nowhere near enough sun beds, all reserved early and blocked for the day. Wouldn’t be so bad if parents only took beds for themselves but families are reserving 4/5/6 beds and then using only 1/2 of them at a time. The cabanas are a nice idea but they take up a lot of space that could be used for more beds for more people. The stress of trying to find somewhere takes away from the quality of a holiday, meaning early starts to get somewhere (we used two beds as a family of 4) and people were having to leave stuff by the side of the pool without anywhere to site or lie. I like the hotel and would recommend if you’re visiting outside of the main UK school holidays but I won’t return in summer.

We paid a lot of money and the photos looked great so was excited but left disappointed. The positives- the staff were friendly, our room was clean, entertainment was fab both evening and day time so the kids loved it. Negatives- in August it was just far too busy, nowhere near enough sunbeds you will need to set an alarm and get up early to do the massive run. The swimming pool felt like human soup it was rammed. We were in penthouse suite and the poor electrics meant that you couldn’t put the light on on the roof terrace without it turning the light on where the kids were sleeping and the same for the bedroom if you turned the light on in the bedroom it also turned it on in the living room where the kids were which meant once the kids were in bed you had to sit in the dark- ridiculous! Not enough staff on, when we ordered à la carte it took 2 hours. The kids gave up and went to the buffet. Such a long time to get a drink at the swim up bar. One day there was one poor guy on his own running between swim up side and walk up side.
