We had a wonderful stay at Iberostar Alcudia Park and would highly recommend it to families travelling with young children. A huge thank you to Tomeu and Sofia from Guest Services, who truly went above and beyond to make our holiday extra special. Their attention to detail was exceptional. We were welcomed with a beautiful pastry platter on arrival, our children were delighted with the colouring activities and T-shirts, and they even surprised us with a lovely fruit platter to celebrate our wedding anniversary. These thoughtful touches made our stay so memorable. The entire team was warm, friendly and attentive throughout our holiday, always happy to help with a smile. The Kids Club was fantastic and catered brilliantly for both our 1-year-old and 4-year-old. There was a great range of engaging activities, and our children looked forward to taking part every day. The pools were excellent for young children, with plenty of shallow areas and splash zones, and the hotel's direct access to the beach was perfect for family days by the sea. We also loved the daily entertainment, and the in-house photography service was a wonderful way to capture special family memories from our holiday. The food in the main restaurant was delicious, with a great variety each day and excellent service from the staff. Although we also tried the BBQ restaurant, we personally preferred the main restaurant for both its wider selection and the consistently outstanding service. Overall, Iberostar Alcudia Park exceeded our expectations. The combination of exceptional staff, family-friendly facilities, excellent food and a beautiful beachfront location made it the perfect destination for our family.

Landing in Mallorca late in the evening with two young children, we were understandably tired and looking forward to getting to our hotel. Unfortunately, our arrival at the airport was challenging. There was only a single customs officer processing more than 200 passengers, many of them families with exhausted young children. After waiting for over two hours, we finally arrived at Iberostar Waves Alcudia Park at around 1:00 a.m. Our first impression of Mallorca was, sadly, not the best. That feeling disappeared the moment we walked through the hotel doors. We were greeted by Kevin at reception, whose warmth, kindness, and genuine hospitality immediately put us at ease. After such a long and exhausting journey, his welcoming smile and caring attitude completely turned our experience around. It wasn’t just great customer service, it was heartfelt kindness at exactly the moment we needed it most. From that point on, our holiday exceeded every expectation. The food was exceptional, the resort facilities were outstanding, and the activities kept our family entertained throughout our stay. Every member of the team contributed to making our holiday special, and it truly felt like everyone cared about creating memorable experiences for their guests. A special thank you to Kevin. You transformed what had started as a difficult day into the beginning of one of the best family holidays we’ve ever had. We travel often, and this has genuinely been our most memorable holiday to date. Your warmth, professionalism, and generosity of spirit left a lasting impression on our family. “Cleaning issues”

We stayed for 10 days and not once they’ve changed out sheets , or clean the balcony or the table on the ba… more

Location it’s absolutely gorgeous . Muro beach it’s a dream The hotel itself it’s ok ish but it definitely has some minus points : 1 . The cleanliness- it’s way below the normal standards . We stayed for 10 days and not once they’ve changed out sheets , or clean the balcony or the table on the balcony or any mirror in the room. Or leave us any clean glasses . My boy had an accident one night and I took the sheets out in the morning for them to be changed and they put them back 😅. Although after we’ve been to the reception a couple days in a row to ask them to clean our balcony and put new sheets this didn’t happen . They would send somebody and they would take out the bin and put new towels and that’s it . So this it’s a big NO No for us . It’s such a shame as we upgraded our top. To sea view and unfortunately we couldn’t enjoy the view as out glass balcony was never wiped . Anyway …. It is what it is . 2 . At the pool the sunbeds are rammed one next to each other and if you don’t run in the morning to put a towel then you’re out of luck for that day 😅. Also I’m not sure if it’s how the hotel is built but at the pool regardless of where you stay it’s so windy even though outside there is no wind at all . But writhing the hotel poll area it’s really bad . 3. For smokers and vape , bad news as this is a no smoking hotel . And we didn’t find out from the hotel 😅 on no as there are no signs or anything says that’s it not . They also don’t have designated areas for smoking either . If you want to smoke or vape you need to get out of the hotel in the front and you can’t smoke or vape there . I understand that this is a non smoking hotel but everywhere where there is a no smoking zone they have a designated area for smoking even in airports . Anyways let’s move on . The food was actually really good and a variety was offered every night . Downside was that if you went all inclusive like us and you want to snack in between the meal you had to go out of the hotel and on a side in the from you had a good truck with some snack . Mind you there is a long walk to get out of the hotel and then come back , very uncomfortable . If you wanted to stay at the beach which we stayed most of the days it’s a dream . The water it’s absolutely stunning and warm ( warmer then the pool ) and if you wanted to rent a sunbed it’s 21 euros per day also it’s literally a few steps from the pool . The staff was ok as well . I gave it 3 stars because of the cleaning which tbh it’s the most important for me . They had plenty of shows for the kids in the night . Overall was ok .
