I’ve recently had a weeks stay at this hotel. Here is a list of the pros and cons: Pros - Very good location, close to two of the main clubs and there is also a bus stop located not far from the hotel. - Food is basic but there is always something to find. Snack bar opens up at 11am so if you miss breakfast you can eat there instead. - Pool area is nice, the pool is really big so never crowded. - Rooms are a good size. - On one day of our stay, there was a dj around the pool. Cons - The bathroom is quite dated and you couldn’t use the shower properly as it leaked and sprayed everywhere. - There was no kettle or tea and coffee facilities in the room. This wasn’t an issue for us as two young girls but this may be an issue for other people. - Our room was located on the bottom floor right next to the outside speaker and loud music started at 10am which always woke us up. The volume of the music also gets louder throughout the day. - You have to make sure you put the ‘clean’ sign on the door or the maids won’t clean the room. We stayed for a week and throughout the stay the beds weren’t changed and the floors weren’t mopped. The same bed sheets were only straightened and new towels were provided. - If you don’t get up before 9.30am there will be no sunbeds around the pool. - There isn’t much entertainment at night, sometimes bingo or a live singer which always ends between 10pm and 10.30pm. - There isn’t much of an atmosphere for kids so I would avoid staying here as a family. - On two occasions a man (who we assumed worked here) walked into our room but when questioned by us he didn’t say what he wanted, he just ran off. One of these incidents was at 7pm when we were both showering and getting ready so we felt quite uneasy about this. Overall we have had a good stay for what we needed. The hotel is advertised as a 4 star however I would say it is more of a 3 star. The pros do outweigh the cons so I would stay here again, but there is definitely some points to consider.

I visited this hotel with my 18 year old daughter and after reading previous reviews I had considered trying to switch to an alternative hotel before we came. However, we shouldn't have worried as we have had a great time. The hotel is a real mix of people, clubbers, families and couples. We had a lovely superior double room on the 3rd floor with a huge balcony, sunbeds, chairs and whirlpool bath. The rooms are a little dated but clean with a great shower and comfortable bed and fridge. We slept really well with only a little noise from people returning early mornings from the clubs. The bar was good with reasonable selection of alcoholic drinks and self serve coke, sprite, fanta etc. available all day. The pool was beautiful with a live dj some afternoons but as others have stated the beds have towels on them very early. We didnt mind as often stayed on our balcony. The restaurant had reasonable choice but my only gripe was most of it was cold! There were lovely desserts and the selection of fresh breads were great. We didnt see the entertainment as tended to go out or watch the football in the bar. The big clubs of Ushuaia and Hi were very close and other bars further along the road. There is a bus to Ibiza town every 15 minutes from just outside the hotel. We really enjoyed our stay and if wanting a chilled but fun venue this fits the bill.

Visited here with a family of 4(2 teenage girls). Fantastic hotel in a great area, it has a very chilled vibe throughout the day around the pool. Like most of the hotels around here a lot of people using at as base for visits to the big clubs so quite quiet through the day. The rooms are fine for what they need to be, we had an issue with a burst pipe in our first room so had to move midweek. There was a little bit lost in translation with the reception but we got there in the end with minimal drama! In terms of value, if your coming on a budget the all inclusive is fine, if you've got money to burn then the surrounding beach clubs and bars will be only to happy to take it. Old evissa is a place not miss, if your on this side of the island a taxi to San Antonio was only 30 euros buses are probably cheaper but take a little longer. We'd definitely come back here. Big thanks to Mariano in the restaurant, helped us out and always made us feel welcome.

Having read the reviews I didn't have high hopes for this hotel. We stayed all inclusive and there were some positives, but the drinks are so watered down I'm not sure there's any alcohol in them! Food is super basic and flavourless but plenty of choice. Our room was ok, very dated and basic. Air con unit looked like it had seen better days.. no control for it so was either on or off. Our friends rooms none of their air con units worked. The shower was great in our room, powerful, but again our friends had less success and you had to hold the shower head as it didn't have a clip on the wall. The pool is lovely and large. Sunbeds are taken by 8am so no luck if you're up later and all have towels down before breakfast. Super loud music round the pool. Gate to the beach which is nice. There is a distinct smell of drains and sewage by the lower pool side rooms! Which is unpleasant. Overall I would not return but not as bad as I expected because our particular room had working air con and shower. Needs serious renovations.
