Absolutely lovely hotel breakfasts great fresh and hot Reception staff helpful and happy Clean rooms air conditioning Beach a walk across a road Pool area always sun beds bar staff lovely Shops and places to eat close by Only one complaint Jet 2 we did not hear one other English person for 3 or 4 days And when in taxi first night the driver asked where we were from and saying England he asked why was we in German area ,all Germans he kept saying 🤷‍♀️ But everyone very friendly smiled and acknowledged us But jet 2 you should make people aware in your advertising of this hotel totally German area We been holidaying with jet 2 for a few years 2 holidays a year and never had no complaints

“Excellent in every way”

Staff are really friendly and helpful. Rooms are spotlessly clean, as is the rest of the hotel. Breakfast buffet is amazing - something for every taste and always fresh. Staff are really friendly and helpful. Rooms are spotlessly clean, as is the rest of the hotel. Breakfast buffet is amazing - something for every taste and always fresh. Loads of staff clearing plates and available to help. Ideally located along the Playa de Palma. Even though it's close to Mega Park, we were never disturbed any of the 7 nights we stayed and we had a room overlooking the promenade/beach.

“We went at the right time of year.”

Some of the best staff of any hotel I’ve stayed in 35 years (and I worked for an airline). Reception could not have been more friendly, helpful and accommodating. Pilar, the guest services manager, was absolutely charming. Quiet hotel in October. Good sound proofing on balcony doors (needed). Attentive staff at very good breakfast. Great pool area with loads of space overlooking the promenade and sandy beach with shallow clear water. However. Our experience of the immediate area around the hotel would, I believe, be completely different in the summer. It is a magnet for German drinkers with the “biggest beer garden in Europe” opposite the hotel. “Mega Park” Located indoors but as big as an aircraft hangar. I learnt the German expression “Ballerman” while there. Google it before you go to this area. The local government have promised to clamp down on “drinking tourism” so it would be interesting to see what it is like in July. Having said all that my 89 year old dad and I experienced no problems during the day and I saw no real misbehaviour in the evening on my own. The hotel is great but don’t go to this area in the summer if you are not a fan of Germans singing German drinking songs. Perfect for winter sun.

“Good Hotel .. stag and hen party area.”

The best feature here is the breakfast..it’s the best I’ve ever had at any hotel. The hotel is nice and clean. The best feature here is the breakfast..it’s the best I’ve ever had at any hotel. The hotel is nice and clean. The hotel has been refurbished and there are still bits and pieces left to finish off but nothing of any concern. We are in our 70s and the refurb is obviously meant to attract much younger people. There are sort of cartoon style murals on the toilet doors in the bedrooms and in the reception area and corridor, all aimed at youngsters, but not to our taste. The pools are lovely and this whole area is spotless and very well maintained. When we arrived there were no towels or waste bins in the room so I rang reception and towels were brought up and a plastic bag instead of a waste bin. We got a real waste bin the day before we left though. There is a coffee/tea machine which I thought was good..however you only get 2 pods and when I asked for more you have to pay for them, I don’t think that’s a good idea. WARNING…This hotel is right next door to a HUGE club for youngsters and the music throbs well into the night, that being said when you close your patio doors the noise is very muted and didn’t spoil our sleep. This area is the Stag and Hen party Capital of Majorca it seems it’s DEFINITELY not for older people. Lots of drunken youngsters having a great time..not so good if you’re over 40 . I must say that taking into consideration the huge amount of young people in this area we only saw one incident of two young men squaring up to each other but the police presence is excellent and keeps the lid on bad behaviour. We definitely wouldn’t stay there again just because of the area but if you’re young and looking for a rave up this is the area to go to.
