We came for 10 days. The weather has been a tad disappointing but enough good moments to show how glorious it must be when the sun is out more! We had a sea view super room ( fab shower with great pressure and shampoo/conditioner) Room made up daily, super bed, linen, towels, coffee and tea station replenished. Breakfast is glorious with a stunning view over the bay and early morning beach exercise regimes! We ate in twice and it was fabulous. A good ( albeit small) gym was a bonus. The pool is a hefty climb up and in the shade often ( late season) I spent a morning there and was bitten to death so do bug-spray first! The sea is on the doorstep and it is worth it. Many eating opportunities this side of the bay. We celebrated 51 years married and the staff were so lovely on our last day. Thank you so much!

“Great stay”

Great service, fantastic food and stunning views. Would recommend staying half board as food is fantastic and incredibly well presented.

The hotel enjoys a quiet location at one end of the bay which is fine, but it’s a long walk along the promenade to the other side where the bigger restaurants are located so be prepared for that! They are restaurants within easy distance though. We were allocated a Jet2 Standard room as paid for and selected,,which was at the back of the building and had a small French door leading out to a shared patio area which on 3 sides had 4 storeys of the building , thus no sunlight and very little light at all which made the room incredibly dark! The room size was one of the smallest we’ve ever had and 2 people moving around the room was a challenge! Also in the sales information by the tour operator it wasn’t mentioned that the shower and WC aren’t in a separate room but just behind frosted doors as a part of the bedroom, with the wash basin open to the room , so privacy was limited shall we say, so make sure you know your travel companion well! The towels wet very worn and really do need renewal, not changed every day. We went BandB only , but ate in on one wet evening, and were glad we hadn’t done half board as the menu choice (on an iPad only that they gave us) was limited and portions were very small and the price paid was too high! 40 euros each at their resident ‘special rate’. The good bits, great open terrace to have breakfast on in the morning watching people in the sea. Excellent waiting staff with smiles and a welcome every morning. The pool is up a lot of steps at the rear but once up there it’s quiet, attended lifeguard, and an afternoon bar. Lots of sunbeds, a good view , and all very clean! Hotel was clean and well presented, with a good wellness area. If I was to return I’d definitely pay for a sea view well lit room, but I don’t know how big these are!? And last comment , as pointed out by a previous reviewer, the management need to replace or remove the 3 tall dead trees in pots ,from adjacent to the main entrance on the pavement, it really doesn’t give a good first impression!!!!

We stayed for 6-nights on a bed and breakfats basis. The hotel is located at the far end of the bay from Port de Soller centre which suited us perfectly because its quieter and a welcome 15 minute walk around the promenade. Parking was hit and miss depending on what space was available on roads outside the hotel. The hotel was smart and well appointed, classy. Breakfast choices were comprehensive (hot and cold buffet and cooked to order). We had the 40 Euro/head fixed price menu on our last night when it was raining and it was OK. We didn't use the pool, sauna, steam room and gym facilties. Staff were polite and friendly. We booked with the hotel directly and requested a double bed, which unfortunately resulted in two single beds pushed together with separate sheets and duvets, with nothing to hold the beds together and a gap created between them. Mattresses were memory foam which you either like or dislike - we don't find them comfortable and prefer normal mattresses. This meant that we didn't sleep well for our 6 night stay and the reason for our 3/5 score. If you don't sleep well at a hotel, then everything else is secondary.
