The hotel was lovely and clean and all the staff, every single one from cleaners right through to management were soo friendly and they all looked like they loved working there. The two pool areas were clean, fresh snd very inviting. The views are stunning. A very good gym area and sauna on the top floor, which I made use off I would highly recommend the hotel

“Really lovely hotel”

Not having been on an all inclusive holiday before we were pleased to find a very good deal to this hotel. Another bonus was that it was adults only. I would recommend the hotel highly it was spotlessly clean the staff and the food were great. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff who were welcoming, polite and professional. The hotel was in a delightful position and we had a nice view over the Mediterranean sea. The hotel has many terraces and you never felt crowded. It was a short walk to the harbour at Port Colom. There appeared to be people staying who were enjoying the many cycle rides in the area. The food was nice and changed each day in fact we never used the 2 hour snack time as we were content with 3 meals a day. A really great experience.

JS cape COLOM was our first couples visit to the island. Firstly, the hotel is in the most beautiful place. Portocolom itself is sleepy and doesn’t have too much to do, but a bus into Palma is easy to get and takes only an hour. Despite that, JS cape colom was very good for what we needed. We wanted a holiday where we can do nothing except sunbathe and swim and that’s what we had. The room is basic but has everything you need, the view of the sea is 10/10. You will not get a better view. The apartments are spacious with all the facilities you need. 2x beautiful swimming pools, the food is very good and served pretty much all day. All cooked fresh and adventurous. The drinks are good and there is a large variety and the measures are big. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. Very good gym and sauna facilities including a jacuzzi on the roof and easy access to sea swimming off of the rocks at the base of the hotel. Plenty of sun loungers and shade all around the resort. We were given a free upgrade and checked in early, Miguel was incredibly helpful, Lana and Anett were great bartenders and the chefs made very good food On to the (few) gripes. The swimming pools are a little cold. The lift only takes 2x people and is VERY slow and serves the entire hotel. The walls are paper thin, unfortunately we heard EVERYTHING the next room was up too, they were not being purposefully loud but we could hear all conversation and movements and toilet usage the entire day and night. The air con is pretty poor, it is incredibly weak and cannot be in use whilst the window door is open so the rooms got warm at night. None of this is major but could probably be easily fixed by the hotel so didn’t annoy us too much! Some teenagers also wandered onto the resort and used the facilities / pool before being kicked out by the manager so some tighter security would be ideal. Overall we would definitely stay here again, it is much better than a 3* hotel and exceeded all expectations, the issues are minor and didn’t detract from a beautiful experience

JS Cape Colom was spotlessly clean and the staff, from cleaners to manager, worked tirelessly and always with a smile. Our room, although dated, was sufficient for what we needed with a spectacular view. The food, for the first couple of days was plentiful and delicious. It did however go downhill after that with some very random offerings. I think that was probably because they were coming to the end of the season and just using everything up! There was entertainment for 3 nights of our holiday, singers who sounded very good. Portocolom itself was very quiet, which was lovely, but was quite run down in areas so much so I had a very nasty fall after tripping on a raised paving stone and sustained numerous injuries. The beach and the harbour were beautiful. All in all I would definitely recommend the hotel but I would not recommend the area. If the hotel could be moved to another area where English visitors were appreciated I would go again.
