5 out of 5. Such a lovely trip, my daughter and I were here on a mini break before she goes to university. We took advantage of the All Inclusive package and the My Favourite people upgrade..I would come back in a heartbeat and I would definitely upgrade to the MFP. The Fancy bar was lovely and we were so looked after, the barman was really attentive and looked after us and all the other guests. Lovely experience and will want to return soon!

Fabulous hotel. Easy check in and allocation of room. The rooms are spacious with kettle coffee machine and mini fridge. They supply bottled water in your room and will replenish it at reception. Fabulous hotel. Easy check in and allocation of room. The rooms are spacious with kettle coffee machine and mini fridge. They supply bottled water in your room and will replenish it at reception. Lovely large walk in shower. The beds are spacious and comfortable. If you find them too firm ask at reception for a mattress topper which I did. Having never done all inclusive in Europe I was so impressed with food choice at every meal. Wine with your dinner, cocktails, San Miquel on tap and coke fanta extra if you want soft drinks. The sangria is to die for. There is a small pool on the same level as the restaurant which is great if you want your feet on the bottom. The larger pool is down some steep stairs along with the entertainment area. There are shops bars and restaurants a 5 min walk from the hotel. Then there is the beach. The water is crystal clear and it is safe to walk out with sand under foot. Beautiful fish swimming around you. Entertainment is every night if that’s your thing and plenty of activities during the day. A truly professional team all round will definitely be back.

The term “all inclusive” at this hotel felt misleading. Not everything was included in the food and drink offerings, which made ordering snacks or drinks confusing and, at times, frustrating. Given the high cost of our stay, we expected everything to be covered once we arrived, as has been our experience at other all-inclusive resorts. The beds were simply too firm for our liking, which resulted in back discomfort and disrupted sleep. Although I requested an extra pillow and a mattress topper, only the pillow was provided, so the issue wasn’t fully resolved. Soundproofing in the rooms was also poor. We could hear TVs from neighbouring rooms, snoring, and hallway noise throughout the night. While reception did respond quickly when I reported the TV noise, the overall lack of sound insulation impacted our rest. The resort is repeatedly described on the website as “adults only,” but this doesn’t fully reflect reality. A public beach runs through the middle of the property, meaning families with young children were frequently present, and noise carried throughout the day. Location of the hotel was great with plenty of shops nearby (tourism friendly). The beach and cove itself however was brilliant and probably my favourite of the resort, fish swim up to you and there were patches of coral to study (Bring your snorkel) Finally, the food quality and selection were disappointing. Much of the meat was overcooked, and several dishes were not labelled, making it difficult to know what we were choosing.
