Having previously stayed at the sister apartments, Flora, this year we stayed at Massol. The one bed apartment suited our family of 4 really well. Two single beds in the bedroom and two sofa beds in the lounge. In the Flora it was a sofa bed and a pull out truckle bed, so Massol felt like everyone got a proper bed. The bathroom was also bigger than Flora, but at the Massol the bathroom did not have an external window, so at times smelt a bit musty. The apartment was clean and modern and had everything we needed. We ate breakfast and prepared lunch there most days and then went out for dinner. The location is perfect, a very short walk to the Pine Walk and the fabulous restaurants. Also a 5 minute walk to the square for market day. There’s a Spar two minutes round the corner which was really convenient, or a slightly further walk to Eroski. The pool is a good size relative to the number of apartments, although you can also use the pool area at Flora, which we did a couple of times. The apartments are rated as ‘2 key’ so are more functional as a base rather than being an experience in themselves, but when you’re out and about all day, that’s all that’s needed. The area felt safe, and we would return.

I had such a pleasant experience at Massol. My apartment was very clean, a perfect size and condition for this solo traveller. Melissa was so helpful and courteous and forever making sure that if I wanted a clean, most days I didn't because I'm well able to make my own bed but she swapped towels when required and the couple of days I did the service was impeccable. She always greated mé with a huge smile and with lovely genuine energy. It was exactly a four minute walk to the beach so I didn't bother with the pool facilities. The pool looked very small but never seemed busy. There were security cameras and the area itself felt safe. Locked gates to enter which is reassuring. Situated at the back Street of the resort it is super close to everything but far enough away to be peaceful. Only a 4 minute walk to the mountain trek Camí de Bóquer which is an AMAZING hike. Everything that Puerto Pollenca has to offer is super close and on a flat surface so easy for all sorts of walkers. The Pine Walk also 4 minutes away so every which way it's a 4 minute walk to something beautiful. I highly recommend Massol, book early so not to be disappointed.

“Great value for money. ”

We booked direct and requested a quite apartment and were allocated 2b. Whilst it was a bit of a struggle up the stairs with the case it was worth it. A clean well appointed 1 bedroom apartment that represented excellent value for money. Good location for both the town, beach and bus station.

We had a lovely stay in a 1 bed apartment. Staff are super helpful and friendly. The area was quiet but very close to shops and the supermarket. There was a Spar just down the road. The beach & promenade with amazing restaurants was just 6 mins walk. There was plenty of free parking on the road just outside the apartments. Easy access to the main road to go out of town to explore. The apartment itself served our purpose. It was clean, bright & spacious. Great view of the mountains from the balcony. Shower pressure was strong. The bed was perfectly firm & pillows were super comfy. We had some great sleeps. It only being a 2 star meant there were a few household amenities not in the apt like an iron but we enquired at reception and borrowed one from there. There was a built in rail on the balcony to dry stuff but would have liked an additional drying rack as felt there wasn't enough space. All in all excellent value for money.
