“Excellent apartments”
First time at Las Vellas. We had a deluxe one bedroom apartment with roof terrace. This was perfect for us , the terrace was fantastic , really big , the fridge very useful, sunbeds , so we didn’t need to go to the pool, with parasol too which was important in the hot sun. “Lovely Las Velas”
Such a lovely place, we stayed in a deluxe apt with rooftop sun beds and jacuzzi bath, there was also a fridge up there. “Lovely but lonely”
These are fantastic apartments . Big modern in lovely grounds. They have everything you need in them but sadly no service or staff when we were staying . Yes it was out of season so we knew no cleaners. This wasn't a problem for us. But arrived 8 pm nobody on reception to let us in. So had to ring… more

“Disappointed”
Average accommodation. Small studios with tightest small spiral staircase to access roof terrace that we paid extra for. Jacuzzi filthy & not cleaned in the whole 10 nights stay. Noisy road. Rude receptionist (Aina) Puerto Pollensa is beautiful & there are some far better places to stay.

We, a couple in our 70s arrived after midnight after being dropped off by our Jet2 coach. The man on reception requested a fee of 41.26euro which I think is for the tourist tax - fair enough but I can’t see how this equates to a seven night stay beginning 26/10?
