Back from an amazing holiday at Pollensa Park with lots of lovely memories. From check in and throughout our stay hotel staff in all areas whilst working very hard, were always courteous and friendly. The food was really good and always beautifully presented with lots of colour and options. The outside area in particular was great and so spacious with lovely shaded areas if needed. The pool area with foam party, aqua aerobics, water balls was great fun as was the lovely splash pools with slides and inflatables. Our room though very clean was a bit basic and probably in need of an update. Our son and his family however, had lovely connecting rooms for their children with fantastic views of the sea. The location being so near the beach was lovely, as was the pleasant 15 minute walk into town. We could be very tempted to book a return visit!

This is our 4th visit to Pollensa park and spa. Every year we have had an exceptional stay! But this year beats them all. The food has been amazing. There is wide selection of items available from the restaurant with evening meals containing Italian fayre (pizza/pasta etc) live cooking (pork, chicken fish, prawns, tacos ) and plenty of salad, soup, cheese/bread etc. The staff are brilliant... they are mostly the same staff over the last 8 years and are super friendly and helpful. The pool.area is excellent, although busy, it never seems overcrowded. The slides are great and the play area has been upgraded this year and is great. Entertainment... wow! The a imation team for 2026 have been first class, top notch, superb! So engaging a d full of energy! The activities are posted with no pressure but they put 110%effort into everything they do. They are great with the kids and adults too. 100 stars for them! Would i recommend this hotel... 1 million percent! Will be back next year!

We had a really enjoyable stay here as a family with our 7-year-old and 4-year-old twins (+grandparents) Overall, it's a great hotel for young children with excellent facilities and a brilliant location. The pool area, splash pool, playground and sports courts kept the kids entertained for hours every day. The animation team deserve a special mention – they were full of energy without ever being over the top. The mini disco was a real highlight for our children, and the evening entertainment was generally very good too. I used the gym a few times. Not the biggest but everything you need for a decent holiday workout plus an extra space for stretches like a studio... Definitely lacking decent Aircon though!! The location is excellent, with direct and easy access to a beautiful beach. The sea is shallow, warm and perfect for young children, with lifeguards on duty for extra peace of mind. 5 minutes walk to bus stop which makes it easy to explore the island. Id recommend the old town morning or evening to avoid the extreme heat. It's also only around a 15-minute stroll into Puerto Pollensa, where there are plenty of shops, cafés, restaurants and ice cream stops. We also loved the small playgrounds dotted along the beachfront, which helped break up the walk for little legs in the evenings. The rooms are on the small side, as many others have mentioned, particularly when travelling with children. We had a Superior Room on the 8th floor with fantastic views, although the balcony ended up doubling as storage for our suitcases and buggy! Being on the 8th floor sometimes meant waiting for the lift, but it was never a major issue. The air conditioning was adequate, although it struggled a little in the 35°C+ heat despite adjusting the wall controls. We also had a problem with the fridge not working, but to the hotel's credit it was replaced the same morning. Kettle and tea coffee + water on arrival but you have to ask for milk replacements as and when as they are not replenished which seems a little silly! Small Nespresso pods are not replaced after the first 4 so if you like them, take some of your own. The all-inclusive drinks were perfectly good. San Miguel lager, local beers, wines and spirits were all included, with generous measures and served in large plastic cups during the day. The sangria was apparently excellent too! There was also a great selection of drinks for children, including fruit juices and slushies. The only real disappointment for us was the food. I know all-inclusive buffets are never going to please everyone, but compared with other similar hotels we found it quite repetitive. The restaurant also felt busy, with regular queues for some of the food stations. There was a lot of pork served in different forms, and while the staff were always friendly and hardworking, the children's options became repetitive very quickly. Hot dogs, pizza and dry, overcooked nuggets featured heavily, while some dishes from the main buffet, such as pasta and meatballs, were a little too salty or garlicky for our children. Breakfast, however, was excellent with plenty of choice each morning. If we returned, we'd probably book bed and breakfast and simply pay for the evening buffet once or twice, which seemed very reasonably priced. Overall, we had a lovely holiday. The staff were welcoming, the atmosphere was friendly, and it was nice to meet families from lots of different nationalities. We'd definitely return to Puerto Pollensa in the future. We'd probably try another hotel next time, but we certainly wouldn't rule out staying here again.

I came back today from a 7 night stay with my husband and 6 year old daughter.. we wouldn't stay again due to the negative parts of my review but were some things we really enjoyed. 1 location- great location right on the beach and we had a sea view which was very nice. 2 facilities- mostly good, the pool was huge and really nice and splash area great with 5 slides and loved those. They told us the spa was hot so we didnt go in (it was boiling hot outside!?) And I felt was missing some key things like there waa no shop om site for snacks, sun cream etc, resturant was only a canteen and no outside seating to eat meal. The bufallo grill looked so basic on plastic chairs in pool area we didnt book. 3 FOOD- we found this the biggest lwt down and reason we wouldn't return. It was not 4 star food... lots of the food was cheap / poor quality and I am not fussy! Its the least variety ive seen at any hotel abroad and I love desserts and they were all.mostly jelly, mousse, all mushy and quite bland. We were very disappointed by the food. Drinks- i love a cocktail but I found these horrible! They are slushy premade really strong and sweet and I could not drink any. Entertainment- day entertainment is great. The team were fun especially Guiseppe, chloe loved him. Lots on in day including water polo, dancing in pool etc and loved it. Evening wasnt great with tribute acts more like a karaoke act and nobody was bothered. The reptile show and acrobat show were much better. Staff- most of the staff were pleasant but some behind the bar were not friendly.at all. They were always cleaning and clearing plates and cups which was great. Our room was clean and quiet snd very happy.to have 3 single beds!! Unfortunately the poor food let it down.
