“Good family hotel”

Good family hotel. Really lovely staff, very clean everywhere and the food is varied and good quality. Only the terrible wifi lets it down as it is that bad.

Stayed here for a week with family. On arrival front reception were very helpful and pleasant. The block only has one lift so carrying luggage up 3 flights isn’t idea. Room was clean and tidy and kept to a good standard daily. My one issue albeit a small one is how uncomfortable the pillows are! The restaurant was clean and food well presented. My only issue here was dirty plates that were supposedly been cleaned! Entertainment was good. Can’t comment on pool or daytime activities as spent everyday at the beach. Overall a nice clean hotel, friendly staff and nice food.

“Bitter Sweet Experience”

The resort is beautiful.the hotel is a bit disappointing with some rooms being totally detached from the main building.we had to walk from reception the whole length of the pool to a separate building. Take a lift to the 3rd floor then walk up a flight of stairs to our room. Where we found the key fob to be very temperamental and took 5 attempts by myself and my husband before we managed entry. In the very large room we had a living area with patio doors so stiff I couldn't open or close them, a kettle and 2 teabags,2coffee sachets and two small milk in the fridge. We was informed at reception these items were complimentary and no replenishments would be provided.The bedroom had two single beds pushed together and both made a tremendous thud as though they might collapse as soon as you sat on them,although they did withstand the week!,there was a large wardrobe but not one drawer in the whole set up.The shower floor was very slippy and we found a need to place towel down.The shower also had a leak and required the floor to be covered with another towel.We reported the temperamental key card to reception and was told electrician would fix it. When this didn't happen a very unhelpful man behind reception, told us it was fixed and condescendingly demonstrated on the luggage hold room door how to slot it in and take it out!!!We didn't bother mentioning the bed or the shower! Shame because all other staff were lovely. The food was very good although the cushions on the dining room chairs are far too low. The entertainment was adequate. Unfortunately it was the usual scramble at 6am for sun beds, with no organisation at all The terrace was very nice but not one umbrella to be seen so impossible to sit by the pool for more than ten minutes! We paid for the key to the safe in our room and.a further 10euro deposit for the return of the key. Unfortunately at 5pm in the morning of our departure,when we was checking out,my husband could not find the receipt given us for the deposit and yet another rude gentleman was refusing to refund our deposit (he did do only when we refused to hand over the key) We saw this same gentlemen abandon two ladies two small children and 5 pieces of luggage at the lift doors at 11pm one night! The resort is lovely the staff are lovely (on the whole) the hotel needs some attention and some staff need some extra training. Doubt we will return.

Could have been more sun parasols. The rooms were a good size. Air-con was set by the hotel and couldn't be changed. There's a fridge and kettle, that's it. If you need more go the W&S, they have anything you may need. Lack of storage space, no draws, just cubby holes for your smalls.. We were allocated a 3rd floor room in block B. The lift didn't work, it wasn't working before we arrived and still wasn't working when we left. The staff were unhelpful, when I requested a room change on arrival. "You didn't pay extra for a ground floor room." With Jet2 you pay extra for a pool view. The next day when I asked for a change to a ground floor or in a block with a working lift. "Ground floor are for guests with walking problems. " Next day spoke to our Jet2 rep. I'll cut it short, we were moved to block A, 3rd floor. Block A has a working lift, which fits 2 people. Next the food. First the Paella, had to pick tiny bones out of the meat one and it was just rice with little taste. You won't starve the food was okay. Nothing outstanding. Lots of salad stuff and beige food. And definitely not hot. Orange juice or any juice at breakfast is the powdered variety. Bacon was always cremated. I've had better at 3 star hotels. We gave up after 2 nights and ate out. Lots of great restaurants in PP. The cleaning, bar and restaurant staff were lovely. Some reception were good as well. Training required in customer service, not all disabilities are visible. We were recommended this hotel. We won't be recommending it to our friends and we won't be returning. It's not a 4 star.
