Lovely grounds and a very clean complex. The food was very good throughout our stay. However, the staff could improve when it comes to clearing tables, and a few more smiles in the restaurants and better table service in the bar would make a difference. The resort is very family-oriented, with plenty for children to do, which is great for families. That said, it would be nice to have an adults-only area. The upper pool would be ideal, as would a dedicated dining section for adults. The main restaurants were often very loud, with children at almost every table, and there was a lot of crying and screaming. While that's to be expected in a family resort, we asked several times to be seated at the side or towards the back of the restaurant and were told no, despite there appearing to be plenty of space available. The food and service at the Italian restaurant were excellent, and we had a lovely time overall. However, due to the lack of adult-only spaces and the dining experience in the main restaurants, we would not return

Stayed at this hotel for a week in June with family. Evening buffet in the main restaurant, the meat dishes were luke warm, and the restaurants were very busy making dining a chaotic experience. The main adult pool was on the cold side, with both the infant pool and adult pool being closed off for a whole afternoon to be cleaned. The bar staff at the pool were not very friendly, I appreciate they are busy and tired but a smile wouldn't go a miss! Also if you queued up for a soft drink they would tell you to use the machine. The machine served cold drinks, but they were not chilled and did not come with ice. When you have spent over £8,000 on a family holiday you would expect cold soft drinks. The resort was very hilly, which made you think twice about going to the shop, water park at the very top of the hill. The outside bar was not child friendly, lots of steps and tiled floors so you could not sit and enjoy a drink as it was not safe to let the the toddlers play or run around. Lastly I booked 3 superior rooms with sea view and paid extra for this, only to be told I only had one room with sea view which was disappointing. Check in experience was very slow. Would not return here, too expensive for what you actually get.

We chose to go to Punta Prima in Menorca for a family holiday which is something we hadn’t done for years and to go with our children and grandchildren was special. Also we chose to be away for our anniversary of 39 years which is also special. I emailed the hotel saying it’s our anniversary and that it was special as I have and still am fighting cancer so not been able to get insurance seeing as it’s stage 4 incurable but did find insurance so made it happen. The hotel states you can book an à la carte night at the hotel in the evening with 2 options but 1 was closed so we chose the only one left for our anniversary. You have to book at reception so a couple of days before we went gave all our details and were told the guest relations manager would call us that day,he didn’t so we went back to reception the next day to see what’s happening and had to give all the details again and was told he would call but again he didn’t,so we went to the restaurant on our anniversary to see if had been reserved but no it hadn’t so we had to have our anniversary dinner in the buffet restaurant like other nights. That for me is a poor service surely someone being a manager can’t be that busy they can’t call you either way,he did call while we was in the buffet having our anniversary dinner so a bit late to be honest and he just apologised which for me is to little to late,so the management side of this is bad I filled out a complaint form in reception as well and never got a response from anyone either so i wouldn’t return there as it spoiled our holiday.

“DEFINITELY NOT A FIVE STAR EXPERIENCE”

I traveled with my daughter and granddaughter who is only 8 months old, we had heavy luggage and was offered no help to our room, it’s a very large resort on a hill and we was really struggling, thankfully two guests helped us, it was dark when we arrived, got to our room and they hadn’t activated our key!! I did expect a higher level of service and support from a five start resort. The food was also very disappointing limited variety and did not reflect five stars more like 3 stars, while the resort setting is beautiful, the service, and dining experience fell well below our expectations, you need to pay to have your safe activated, deposit for towels and use of ironing board and iron, the room itself is very very basic, overall disappointing stay.
