“Very good apartments need to be modernised”

We had a 2 bedroom apartment on the ground floor we had issues with ants in the apartment.the cleaner came in we had days that the door to our apartment was left either open or unlocked

We stayed here in June 2026 as a family of three. Both in our early 30s, and our little girl almost 3 years old. The hotel is huge, and there are three pool areas. The bottom pool is a big swimming pool and there’s a park just behind it. This was a good hit with my little girl. She’s also really confident in the water, so loved the pool. The middle area has some slides and a splash park, which again she absolutely loved. Then right up the top there was another splash park and pool which she enjoyed too. The food is very very very average!! My little girl isn’t a fussy eater and neither are we. But she’s didn’t eat much at all. The food is very dry, but also some meat we had to look twice to see if it was cooked. None of us were ill, but had to be very careful in making sure it was cooked. But some of the meat would be so chewy and not enjoyable. We did enjoy some of the desserts though. Breakfast we found to be ok. The all inclusive drinks are definitely not branded, even if they’re in labelled bottles. They were not strong. We didn’t feel drunk once from any alcohol. The lack of snacks for an all inclusive was poor. You could get unlimited ice creams, but there’s nothing else to snack on that was obviously shown to us. There is a “snack” truck at the splash pool which never had any food other than ice cream. But the ice cream machine was usually not working. The air con in the room wasn’t very strong either. The apartment itself was ok. A bit dated. But ours was in a good location with a lovely sea view. The hotel is literally right by a small beach front with a few restaurants and shops. We did spend about 3 days at the beach and ate out a few times which was enjoyable. Overall we did enjoy our holiday. The food is what you expect really in an all inclusive. It’s definitely not 5* though!!!! But the pools were really good for my little girl. She absolutely loved the mini disco of an evening. It was quite late for a kids disco though. We probably wouldn’t come back to this hotel. It’s a shame, as the location is great and it has potential. But the food and drink really lets it down.

Family of 5 ages 7 - 67 Food terrible and I’m not fussy so ate out a lot . Air con not fit for purpose and restaurant/entertainment areas were unbearable at nighttime. Pool gets very very busy and is not big enough for the amount of people . Water slides were fun . I feel this hotel was very overpriced for what we got for our money . No real day time activities apart from aqua fit in bottom pool and water polo in top pool . It is a long uphill slog to get to the top pool in the heat . Great to have free washing machines which I’m sure no one knew were there and we used a lot . Everywhere is very very clean and the grounds are very well kept . The hotel could do with a complete overhaul of the bathrooms which are very very dated . The lower pool also needs to be twice the size that it is for the amount of people using it .

Nice atmosphere, room was old bud ok, bathroom renovated, personal not really speaking English so not helpful,location quiet away, very small beach, very windy, noise level was ok altho we could hear neighbors, cleaning was ok, food was amazing, lots of choices, great system of dining, clean, waiters were fast, smiling, friendly. But we were not able to get late checkout when our baby was sick and this ruined our holiday, sickens was from baby poll water and some virus, doctor in complex vas super nice, spoke nice English, very helpful and emphatic. Punta prima is focusing on arriving guests not leaving they said on reception, even tho we wanted to pay for extra 3 hours but in whole resort there was no room available :) sad, we had night flight with 1,5 y.o. sick baby it was very hard, I know I will never choose holidays through travel agency again, its not worthed, too many children at one place and at the end of the day nobody helps you.
