I rarely write reviews, but I booked this hotel based on other people’s reviews, so I thought I’d return the favour and hopefully help someone else make their decision. Overall: 8/10 – Great value for money The resort – Sa Coma ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Sa Coma is an amazing, family-friendly resort. The beach is beautiful with soft sand, although there were some areas with algae while we were there. There are plenty of shops, restaurants and bars within walking distance. We were also lucky enough to visit during the town’s annual week-long celebration. Every evening there were performances by the stage near the beach, including dance shows, orchestras and theatre performances with fire effects, which created a fantastic atmosphere. There’s also plenty to do nearby, including: * Boat tours * Visiting the caves * Paragliding * Walking to the nearby castle We never ran out of things to do. Hotel 📍 Location – 10/10 The location couldn’t have been better. * Around a 5-minute walk to the beach. * Just 2 minutes to the main road with restaurants, bars and shops. We stayed in one of the apartments, so I can’t comment on the rooms in the main hotel building. The pool by the apartments was fantastic. It never felt overcrowded, there were always plenty of free sunbeds and lots of space to relax. The only downside was that the pool bar at this pool didn’t serve alcoholic drinks. One suggestion for the hotel would be to have the apartment complex entry and exit gates operated by room cards, as this would prevent passers-by from entering the hotel grounds. 🧹 Cleanliness – 9/10 Our apartment was spotless and very well maintained. The dining area was generally clean, but during busy meal times it would be helpful if a member of staff regularly checked for spills and cleared them up more quickly. The pool toilets could also be cleaned more frequently. With so many people using them throughout the day, especially after swimming, it’s understandable they get messy quite quickly. One broken table by the pool bar remained there for the entire duration of our stay, which was a little disappointing. 🍽️ Food – 8/10 There was a great selection of food at every meal, and we always found something we enjoyed. It was excellent value for money. The only criticism is that some items became repetitive throughout the week, particularly the desserts, croissants and fruit selection. Overall, the quality and variety were still very good. 🎭 Entertainment – 6/10 During the day there were activities such as handball and aerobics. In the evenings there was: * Bingo on most nights (paid to participate, with prizes including cash or champagne). * Karaoke. * Live music (personally not my taste, as it was aimed more at an older audience). * Interactive games, which were good fun, although it would have been nice if the winners received a small prize. One day there was a 360° camera experience, which was a brilliant idea. However, it wasn’t advertised very well—we only discovered it by chance while walking to dinner. The biggest disappointment for us was the lack of entertainment for younger children. There wasn’t a children’s disco or any interactive singing and dancing sessions, which would have been easy to organise with such a friendly and enthusiastic entertainment team. Final thoughts Overall, we had a lovely holiday and felt the hotel offered great value for money. The fantastic location, clean apartments and excellent pool area far outweighed the few negatives. If you’re looking for a well-located, family-friendly hotel in a beautiful resort without paying premium prices, this hotel is definitely worth considering.

Last minute short break, expectations weren't high, arrived after midnight, male reception staff was not helpful at all, room was fine, cleaned daily, fridge in room didn't cool anything, food was poor, we chose to eat out, dining room could do with a good deep clean, no sun beds by 9am, towels on beds for most of the day, no refreshments for people who arrive during the night, unfortunately I would not recommend or return. Sa coma is a lovely place to visit, beach is lovely and plenty of shops and places to eat.

“Overall okay, nothing exciting”

Overall it was okay. Hotel and pools clean, food was okay just could do with more variety, especially as there’s space in the restaurant to add more and just not used. Room decent size. All inclusive is a push though. Paid extra for a safe, paid for a locker to store suitcase on last day, cocktails paid for, none included at all, ice cream paid for, none included. Nice shops and restaurants nearby. Lovely beach 5 min walk away. Staff pleasant. Arrived at 3am and no water or anything in the room which was disappointing after a long travel night. Wouldn’t return but did the job as a last minute get away
