The staff where all very welcoming and friendly, the holel itself was spotless and smelt amazing. Location is excellent . The atmosphere very friendly family orinated. The children and i enjoyed it so much we looked to book for next year before we even left

Just returned from a one-week stay at the Hipotels Coma Gran, and overall we were very pleased with the accommodation. It is clearly a very popular hotel, particularly with families travelling with young children. As with any review, I like to provide a balanced perspective, so I would mention two minor negatives. We travelled with our daughter, her partner, and our two grandchildren, and at times the behaviour of some of the other children staying at the hotel was quite disruptive and appeared to be poorly supervised (this of course is a fault of the parents and not the hotel). Our second issue was noise from the room next to ours (113), which seemed to be occupied by members of the entertainment team. On several occasions there was loud singing during the afternoon, and it happened again around 11pm on the night before we left, which was frustrating as we had an early start the next morning. Aside from these points, this is an excellent hotel. Without exception, the staff were friendly, professional, and a pleasure to deal with. A special mention goes to Poaula in the restaurant for the wonderful way she interacted with our grandchildren. Our room was on the first floor, we had expected a studio room but were instead allocated a 1 bedroom apartment. The restaurant itself was excellent, with a wide variety of food available each day. It is fair to say that no one went hungry. The hotel was spotlessly clean throughout all areas we visited. Facilities include both indoor and outdoor pools, an outdoor children’s play area, a gym, and a wellness centre. I would happily recommend this hotel to families with young children, as it really does tick all the boxes. For couples seeking a quieter and more relaxing break, it may not be the best choice during busy family periods.

Lovely hotel Had a great time Stayed before on all inclusive, ( food was good ) this time did self catering . Great location , near loads of shops, restaurants and the beach. Hotel is spotless. The cleaners and maintenance staff are always on the go . Room was a a great size , Cleaned every day except Monday . Market every Wednesday evening at the side of the hotel . Hotel laid out in 2 blocks The front block - The rooms facing the Marfill hotel / street side get plenty sun but the rooms on the same corridor facing the pool side get no sun at all . The other block gets sun all day. Indoor pool nice - gets overcrowded though as it’s small . Pay to use sauna . Gym is free . 1hr to airport . Great effort made for Halloween with decorations etc Staff are nice Outdoor Pool and kids splash pool and kids play area are great . Plenty sun loungers . Plenty entertainment for kids . Usually 8.15pm to 10pm. Definitely would stay again.

We went in the first week of April and there were only a handful of shops and restaurants open. The hotel itself was clean and well maintained. Couldn't use the outdoor pool as it was too cold. The gym was small but usable. Staff was friendly and helpful, especially the Animacion team that organised the clubs and entertainment. The evening entertainment was excellent. However, all seats were kept reserved by many families, even if no one sat on half the seats as the kids would sit on the floor nearer to the stage. Obviously, there will always be many people who do this but the hotel should also try to make sure this doesn't happen and that all seats get used. As a result, many people had to stand or just miss the shows. The breakfast at the hotel was average but there was something for everyone. The dinner buffet wasn't great either and you would get better taste, quality and value outside. We found an excellent restaurant (La Casita 2) next to the hotel that was open all week except on Thursday. When all restaurants open, there would be more options, I'm sure.
