A very fresh and nice hotel. A very good and varied breakfast. Located near the sea and beaches, also close to various restaurants and cafes. Nice staff too!

This hotel really is a little gem . Fantastic location lovely walk to Cala morlanda, and sa coma is a comfortable 10 minute walk . The hotel is exceptionally clean , the breakfast was ok , The staff in the hotel are so friendly and go above and beyond to make sure you have a lovely stay . The pool is small but more than adequate and you have a choice of two beaches , sillot two minutes walk to the right and sa coma 5 minutes to the left , but the hidden gem is Cala morlanda a lovely 15 minute walk along the coastal path , take drinks though as there is nowhere to eat or drink there . We had a sea view room which was huge it’s only downfall was the lack of drawers for socks , pants etc and maybe an extra pillow . I must say a big thank you to Tania on reception for looking after us she really is an asset to this hotel .

We stayed here for a week, we arrived early hours of morning check in was quick given our room which was 181 , we went to our room and we opened the curtains to see trees this was supposed to be a seaview room that we had paid extra for . We stayed here for a week, we arrived early hours of morning check in was quick given our room which was 181 , we went to our room and we opened the curtains to see trees this was supposed to be a seaview room that we had paid extra for . We returned to reception and the man said come back in morning. We was already upset but returned at 8am to find a different receptionist Julia we said this isnt the room we paid for and she said this is how it works in Spain . I said this isnt good enough and i would have to call the Jet 2 rep then , she said she would see what she could do. If you have paid extra for a sea view room it seems you are not guaranteed it. After some deliberation we was given room 382 which is a seaview room . The rooms are kept clean but pool needs more time spent on it , also pool area needs cleaning more regularly. Location is very busy right in centre of town quite noisy by pool. There is a ice cream parlour next door with a blender going constantly. which is very loud. This hotel needs clarification of what its trying to be as for first few days it was like like a club 18/30 holiday with younger adults playing around the pool splashing people. I thought i was going for peace and quiet. Breakfast was ok . Bar was atrotious the receptionist runs bar, check in ,cleaning thats if their not busy sorting anything else, also not much choice of drinks. Food in restaurants in town were pretty much standard serving similar foods. Reception staff can be rude and abrupt at times probably due to stress of job doing too many jobs. Good value for money for what we paid for the sea view. Beaches are not in front of hotel as you are led to believe it either ends of the town not far 2 min walk either way.
