⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Our stay at Protur Palmeras Playa exceeded all our expectations. We have travelled quite a lot, but I can honestly say this was one of the best hotel experiences we’ve ever had. The first thing that impressed us was the staff. Every single person we met was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and genuinely happy to help. I’ve honestly never experienced such consistently warm and professional service before. It made us feel at home from the very first day. The hotel itself is spotless. Our room was cleaned every day to a very high standard, and for the first time after a two-week beach holiday, we somehow managed to avoid having sand everywhere in the room! Everything was exceptionally clean and well maintained. The food was another highlight. There was a huge variety every day, everything was fresh, and everyone in our family always found something they loved. The entertainment program was also great, with activities during the day and enjoyable evening shows. The location is perfect. The beach is only a few minutes’ walk away, and Sa Coma is a fantastic destination for families. The sea is beautiful, the beach is clean, and the atmosphere is peaceful and relaxing. We especially loved the rooftop pool with its amazing views. There is also a large main pool, but it never felt overcrowded, so finding sunbeds was never a problem. The entire hotel grounds are beautifully maintained and always looked immaculate. A tip for anyone planning to rent a car: there is a Protur Cars office right next to the hotel. We booked our car through the reception, which was incredibly easy. We paid Only 6€ för insurance, there was no deposit at all, and we simply picked up and returned the car directly outside the hotel entrance. It couldn’t have been more convenient. Another useful tip is that you can book airport transfers directly through the hotel’s website. However, if you prefer public transport, there is also a direct and very comfortable bus from Palma Airport to Sa Coma, making it easy to get there without a car. We were two families from Sweden travelling with children aged 12–14, and every single one of us absolutely loved our stay. Most of the guests were from the UK, and everyone we met was friendly and respectful, creating a lovely atmosphere throughout the hotel. The biggest compliment I can give is this: after two wonderful weeks, none of us wanted to go home. That has never happened before. Thank you to everyone at Protur Palmeras Playa for giving us such an unforgettable holiday. We would happily return and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing, high-quality family vacation in Mallorca.

An immaculately clean hotel with probably the best A.I. food we've had, a big thankyou to all the staff who work very hard in the very hot weather we experienced there in July , especially the lady who looked after our room the restaurant staff headed by Miguel who was always asking if we wanted anything and the bar staff Denize and the fastest waiter in the west Speedy Gonzalez aka John plus all his colleagues who were always smiling . Check in was very good,the receptionist was very helpful and could not do enough for us, Even took us to lift that we needed to get us to the floor our room was located. Rooms was very large, Aircon was great, towels were great,the staff that looked after our room did a great job. Food was good,and a good choice to be had every day. Al 🍷 drinks🍻 were good. All the staff were very helpful and always happy to help. Location of the hotel couldn't be better,a few minutes walk to the beach ⛱️ and the local bus service was just a couple of minutes walk away, local supermarket across the road. not forgetting the Adults only area with it's own splash pool was lovely. Would highly recommend this hotel.

“Daytime entertainment isnt good!”

Please put more pool entertainment on. Im here now and there is nothing to keep teenagers entertained. Il put a full review on about the hotel when I get back as there are many many positives but we need more things going on! Water polo, water tennis, dodgeball come on entertainment staff
