The best hotel ever! Every inch of the hotel is so beautiful and delicate. The best hotel ever! Every inch of the hotel is so beautiful and delicate. The rooms are spacious, spotlessly clean and decorated in bright, delicate nordic colours (my wife is a designer and loved it!). The rooms are well isolated, so you don't hear your nieghbour. The balconies are also well also isolated, so you can have your privacy. The hotel is located next to a long, clean beach, and a trail which lead up to a tiny museum and a beautiful restaurant overlooking the forest, the sea and the mountains (a 20 min walk, max 30) - Es Castel Bar. The view from our room was amazing, facing the sea and the forest. It could'nt be better. The white buliding with the blue glass on the balconies just enhances the lovlely experience (in an otherwise overbuilt Mallorca with skyscrapers that don't blend in with the landscape several places such as Cala Millor). The pool area is also spacious, clean and with plenty of sunbeds and umbrellas. Even the sunbeds where nice, clean and easy to manage. And the tranquility! That was heaven. It was such a peaceful atmosphere around the pool; no loud music or animation staff shouting in microphones (like the nighbour hotel). You only hear bird song and the sound of water. Words cannot describe how healing that quiet atmosphere was to us and was one of the best things about the hotel. The food is far above average. Even the salads in the pool bar are amazing with such fresh and original ingredients that it's a pure joy. The staff in all parts of the hotel is so helpful, service minded and friendly, like they like their jobs and have a good working environment. A gentleman in the recepetion, a bit older than the others, speak several languages fluently and was always so kind and helpful. The cleaning was perfect as well as the cleaning staff; so sweet and nice people. Sa Coma isn't exactly food for the soul consisting mainly of a street with tourist shops, but it's close to lovely places like Porto Cristo and Cala Bona. Easy to take the bus or a taxi. If anything, we missed a gym. There's a gym about 10 min walk from the hotel (Rusfit), but for 14 Euros for the entrance, it would be much more practical with a hotel gym. Thank you, THB Sa coma Platja, for this quiet, peaceful, esthetical, gastronomic and friendly experience. We'll definitley be back.

“Paying for drinks with your evening meal !!!!”

Arrived at 2.45am reception could not have been more helpful a credit to the hotel.My only gripe is we are booked in as half board but have to PAY for soft drinks at our evening meal drinks are free at breakfast.I would love an explanation Hotel is first class clean it’s just having to pay for drin… more
