A great group of staff keeping everyone entertained with bingo, water aerobics and yoga. I love doing all the activities with Nico and the ladies. Kes was really welcoming.

We stayed in a sea view twin room. good in size two large single beds pushed together, maid service each day. Large shower with toiletries. Lots of storage. Rooms could become a little noisy at night with people coming and going, but nothing major. Staff were very helpful. Had storage room for suitcases and a shower room which helped. Had the choice of two pools, the pool area at Vibra Remo was a little more lively. So was nice to have the choice. Choice of drinks were basic but fine, as to be expected for the price. We ate breakfast and lunch both plentiful and good choice of healthy foods which we liked. Lovely area around the hotel with bars and places to eat. Felt safe :-) Wonderful views of the bay. Ideal location for a quiet stay, we used the water taxi to visit San Antonino Bay and also walked as far as Cafe Mambo which took around 30-40 mins. Would 100% return!

We arrived just before 11pm and by the time we had checked in we were informed the bar had closed so not the best start to a 5 night all-inclusive stay. We dropped bags and went to find food. Room was on ground floor and opened doors to beach view. Room was large but no fridge which would of been nice however it was fine. People who have said its not noisy not sure where they were staying 🤔 it was very noisy doors banging and people on beach at 4.30am playing loud music shouting etc. Yes they are on holiday so earplugs were needed. You can up grade the all-inclusive to gold but was told it wasn't worth it unless you wanted named alcohol. Food had lots of choice and staff were friendly you use the next door hotel for restaurant and snack bar. Overall a good 3 starbase.

Stayed for 3 nights. On arrival we were queued out onto the pavement. We arrived at 2pm. It took 1 hour to check in. At 3pm another member of staff came on duty. By this time there was no queue. We paid €20 deposit for a kettle. Dont pay this as there are no cups in the room. You can't take cups from the dining room and there is no fridge in the room to store milk. We were all inclusive and paid €2 deposit each for a token to be used at the bar. You order a drink and use your token. When you return your plastic cup you get your token back. We ended up carrying a plastic cup around with us because the pool bar at S'estaynol closes at 6pm. You then have to go to the hotel next door for a drink of any kind, including a cup of tea. If you want food, you also have to go to the hotel next door at the very limited times of: Breakfast 8am-11am Lunch 1.30pm-3pm Dinner 7.30pm-9.30pm. Food is basic, with the exception of candy corner which was a good selection of jelly and foam sweets. Breakfast was the best meal for me with fresh fruit and pastries. There are also hot offerings but I didn't try any of them. I had one cocktail but it was made with cheap alcohol and tasted rubbish so I stuck to their beer which was ok. A really nice touch was a bottle of fizzy wine was in our room on my birthday. We tried to use the bucket the following day for our own fizzy wine but the bar staff were very reluctant to give us ice, however did give me a large paper cup full. Thankfully the water in the bucket was still cold. Entertainment was nil. Again you had to go to the hotel next door. Rooms were spacious. We had a sea view which was glorious. Rooms were noisy. There was a free safe. The rooms are in desperste need of refurbishment. There was rust on pipes, rotten wood at bottom of bathroom door, mouldy grout on tiles and something, that looked like blood, splashed on the sofa. The pool was ok. The pictures make it look bigger than it actually is. Music by the pool is awful. Overall the pictures are very deceiving as some are of the hotel next door. It was not clear when we booked that the restaurant (more of a canteen) and main bar were located in another hotel. There are vending machines, although quite expensive, one being a vape vending machine. Never have I seen this in a hotel before. Location was good. Close enough to shops and restaurants but far enough away from the busy areas. We paid £412 each for 3 nights. Definitely not worth this. If you can get it for £500 each, including flights, for 7 nights it would be more worth it for resting by the pool and direct beach access.
