I stayed here for my hen at the end of July and it was just perfect! The apartments are spacious and clean, air con was freezing (so did the job), comfortable beds, nice balcony area (we faced the other side to the pool and it was really quiet), the staff were all friendly and helpful, prices for food and drinks was really reasonable (we bought large bottles of water from reception for 1.50 euros), the taxi into San Antonio was about 10 minutes and cheap (the reception staff will book this for you), and to Play d'en Bossa it varied depending on your taxi driver! Still cheap between a few of you though. This hotel does not have large loud groups - we were well behaved hens but there were lots of families around the pool so if you want to be loud and lairy, probably best to stay elsewhere. The pool was lovely and clean, and on our last day they kept our luggage stored safely and we could use the showers to get ready. For the supermarkets and places to eat you literally just turn right out of the hotel and walk straight down. The supermarkets were cheap and so much choice! We ate in the same place for lunch for 2 days (it's just after what was / is the Chinese restaurant) and it was great food! Good portions and good prices and really cheap beer! The sea is this way too but note - there is no beach along this area, just rocks and you can't even really jump in as they are jagged rocks. Really quiet area and good for a quiet break or as a base to visit other places.

we stayed for 6 nights and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves,,location is excellent rooms are completely adequate,,good bathroom,fridge,kettle and toaster in kitchen with washing up liquid tea towel and sourer provided ,some inconsiderate people who liked to talk and bang a few doors late at night(2-4AM) pool was great but the sunbeds were uncomfortable and the dark ones got very hot in the sun,,pool bar was affordable and a good quality,, will be returning

We travelled as a family of 6 with 4 children aged 17,14,10 and 3. We had 2 studios which thankfully were next door to each other. The studios were a good size and they were clean. We didn’t use the self catering facilities apart from the much appreciated fridge. The air con was good but you had to make sure the doors, windows were closed properly or it would turn off. One of our rooms had a dodgy balcony door so sometimes you had to open and close it 2 or 3 times to activate the air con but there were no problems in the other room. We obviously didn’t know about the air con activator when we first arrived and the room was unbearable, I asked at reception and a maintenance man came out within a few minutes and sorted it straight away. The staff were friendly enough, especially at the pool bar. The pool area was clean and quiet despite us going in the school holiday we always managed to get sun beds no matter what time of day we went to the pool. The pool bar served decent enough food and prices weren’t bad. The location of the hotel was in a quiet road. Large supermarket to the left of the entrance and shops, restaurants, bars, Sea and beaches to the right. The Sea was only a couple of minutes walk to the end of the road but there was no beach there. We walked to 3 different beaches while we were there, 2 to the right if you’re facing the sea, and 1 to the left and the left one was definitely the nicest. There was also a small water park on the way to the beach on the left (beach des torrent) and a few shops. Just across the road from the studios, on the right of the entrance was a bar called the piranha bar and this by far does the best sangria in San Antonio bay, and also does nice meals. The staff in there were amazing too! Although I don’t plan going back to San Antonio bay I would definitely stay in the Estudios tropicana again and I do recommend them as accommodation

“Air Condioning a life saver!”

Apartments ok, good size. Cleaning not up to standard. We went for 4 days without having our room cleaned or towels changed, then I had to ask!! Also had to keep asking for toilet roll. Staff nice in hotel, but the lady who works at the cafe is nasty. Very noisy on last night, kept being woken up… more

Apartments ok, good size. Cleaning not up to standard. We went for 4 days without having our room cleaned or towels changed, then I had to ask!! Also had to keep asking for toilet roll. Staff nice in hotel, but the lady who works at the cafe is nasty. Very noisy on last night, kept being woken up by groups of young people. No where to change when going home.
