This was our 3rd visit to TRS Ibiza and its not going to be our last either. I am writing this as i am waiting by the pool before our flight this evening and really dont want to leave. The hotel is cleaned constantly all day. All of the staff go above and beyond for everyone no matter what the request is. The food is out of this worldl, a large variety to select from and you can tell it is all made with love. Each day there is a live DJ who plays for a couple of hours which is a nice touch for beside the pool. Well done to all the staff beside the pool ensuring everyone is kept hydrated and topped up with their drink of choice. On our arrival which was late at night we were greeted by a lovely lady called Danielle who was so kind, patient and helpful and also very i formative to our enquiries, i hope Danielle gets paid well for doing such a superb job for TRS Ibiza and if not she needs a raise!!. Seee you next yr and THANK YOU for such an amazing trip!!!

We recently stayed at TRS Ibiza Hotel for 10 days and overall had a fantastic holiday. This is one of the best hotels I’ve stayed in for quite some time, and despite a few issues, I would happily recommend it to others. The food and drinks throughout our stay were excellent. There was a great variety of drinks available, and the quality of the food was consistently very good. A special mention has to go to El Gaucho steak restaurant, which was absolutely outstanding and easily the highlight of our dining experience. I can’t recommend it enough. Helios Mediterranean restaurant wasn’t quite to my taste, but that’s purely a personal preference rather than a reflection of the restaurant itself. The pool area was always clean and well maintained, creating a great atmosphere throughout the day. The hotel is also in a fantastic location, just a short walk from San Antonio Bay, where we enjoyed visiting many of the bars and restaurants during our stay. Most of the staff were warm, welcoming, polite and extremely helpful. The burger and food van at the IO Pool Bar also deserves a special mention – the burgers and other food served there were some of the best we had during the holiday and I’d highly recommend stopping there for lunch. Unfortunately, there were a couple of issues that stopped this being a 5-star review. A few days into our stay, we requested an iron or steamer for our room but never received one despite asking several times. We also experienced a significant leak in our suite, with water dripping into the bathroom area and soaking some of our belongings and electronic devices. When we reported the issue, reception and maintenance staff seemed unsure how to deal with it, and the leak occurred again a few days later. The hotels only decision was to wipe the leak off our floor with our bath towels and then not replace them with clean fresh towels. While we did receive an upgrade to our drinks package on the final day as compensation, it felt like the issue could have been handled more effectively and much sooner. Additionally we had no issues waking around 9:00 -9:30 every morning for a sunbed which we had plenty of options to pick from, so don’t worry about sunbed wars. I also slipped on some stairs in the dining hall that were quite slippery and had no warning signs in place at the time. Thankfully, I wasn’t injured. To the hotel’s credit, signs and grip mats were later added, showing that the issue was taken seriously and addressed promptly. Overall, we had an amazing stay and made some fantastic memories. The quality of the food and drinks, the cleanliness of the hotel, the location, and the friendliness of the majority of the staff all made for a brilliant holiday. With a little improvement in how reception handles guest issues, this would easily be a 5/5 experience. For us, it’s a strong 4/5, and I would definitely recommend TRS Ibiza Hotel to anyone considering a stay in Ibiza.

We have been very disappointed with TRS Ibiza. The staff we have encountered have been professional and polite, so this is not a criticism of them. The issue is the overall experience and level of service, which is nowhere near what we expected from a five-star Palladium resort. We have previously stayed at Bless, Hard Rock Ibiza (that is now Bless the Site) and ME Ibiza, so we have a good understanding of the standard of five-star hotels in Ibiza. We specifically chose TRS because it is an adults-only resort. Unfortunately, compared with our previous experiences, this has been by far the most disappointing. We paid extra for a sea-view room, yet our room predominantly overlooks a hill rather than the sea shown in the hotel's website images. The room is also extremely small and, unfortunately, is right next to the bottle bank, which is very noisy. A five-star hotel should provide the basic room amenities guests expect as standard — cotton buds, a shower cap, face cloths etc. These are not luxury extras. There are also no English entertainment TV channels, only news channels. Additionally water is served out of a machine and tastes pretty vile as the cups have clearly not been washed properly and you can taste what was in them previously. We don’t drink a huge amount of alcohol and drink lots of water, however we both agree the water is awful. The lack of communication from the hotel before we even arrived was equally disappointing. I emailed numerous times regarding an upgrade, our anniversary and airport transfers. We were very happy to pay for an upgrade and, when a Signature room became available following a cancellation, there was considerable back-and-forth with reservations, but it was never confirmed. None of my emails regarding our anniversary or transfers were answered. I also called housekeeping three times for an iron and nobody answered. The eclipse event on Wednesday has been particularly frustrating. We were told the event was sold out. Since arriving, we have spoken to guests who booked and arrived after us who have been able to attend because they are Signature guests. We completely understand that Signature guests receive additional benefits. The issue is that we had repeatedly tried to upgrade to a Signature room ourselves and were willing to pay for it. It is very disappointing to then discover that guests who arrived after us have access to an event that we were told was sold out. For a limited-capacity event, it would seem more transparent for availability to be offered on a first-come, first-served basis to hotel guests, rather than guests arriving later being given access based on their room category. This is even more frustrating because we paid for a sea view specifically to enjoy the setting, yet our actual view is of a hill. We will now have to leave the resort to find somewhere else to watch the eclipse. There are too many basic things that simply don't add up to a five-star experience - from the small room and noisy location, lack of basic amenities and limited TV channels, to the unanswered emails, inability to confirm an upgrade we were willing to pay for and the handling of the eclipse event. Based on our experience, anyone looking for a genuine five-star experience in Ibiza should choose a different resort.
