Stayed for a week at the end of July so we stayed in the middle of the very hot weather ! Firstly the check in was not ideal as you can’t check in until 3 and told we could change in the toilet but it was wet through as it was used by the pool so we changed in the luggage room and sat next to the very busy pool with no available sunbeds regretting our decision buuut on check in we were placed in the back of block 4 overlooking the football court and a 3rd much quieter pool so we spent every day here, no reserving beds as it only opens at 10 ! Fab lazy mornings leisurely getting breakfast ! The room was a decent size for the two of us (we booked two rooms as we came with teens) weird set up with the bathroom but it was fine ! Nice size balcony and best of all the room was nice and cold !! We did have a power cut on one night which meant no hot water for the night after but it was hot anyway so a cold shower hit the spot to be honest! We had heard there were lots of power cuts across the island so they weren’t un expected and this was not a normal hot summer, the humidity reached late 90 percent on some days ! The rooms were kept very clean throughout the holiday and the added extras of spare toothbrushes and lovely smelling shampoo and conditioner was a welcome addition who wanted to save space in their luggage ! The food was on the whole excellent! The more local delicacies the better for our family, paella every day, hams, vast array of cheeses, freshly cooked fish, giant prawns the list goes on! Oh and the cakes !!!!!! Particularly the carrot cake, I would return just for this !! Drinks were very good too ! The red wine in the dining room very palatable but the coffee was not fantastic so I used a kenco coffee sachet near the cheese and meats section and that was so much better ! We spent most of our days around the pool at the far back of the hotel, much much quieter and calmer ! And we had the fantastic Leticia serving us our drinks all day, what a wonderful, kind member of staff she is ! We only stayed in the hotel once in the evening and it was ok but we preferred to go to the beach and try one of the bars, getting no anywhere else was difficult, taxis don’t turn up or want to take you back to port des torrent for some reason so for this reason alone I think we wouldn’t return as trying to get on a bus in a nice outfit at 40 degrees is annoying.

“Good holiday”

Very good holiday, lovely staff and rooms! Rooms cater for split families as it has 1 main door and then a door for each room. Reps were very good and always chatting making us feel welcome and involved in all the games. Ryan and Rita

ROOMS Rooms very small, some smaller than others and a small balcony. Rooms cleaned every day although sheets not changed daily. Air con very good in the rooms and although there was air con in the reception and restaurant this was inadequate and eating lunch and dinner was quite uncomfortable at times. RESTAURANT Very clean and food replenished often. Themed nights and a good variety. Opening times were good too. Just spoilt by the heat! POOL Pool was a lot smaller than the pictures show and the usual sunbed wars ! So had to get up around 7.30/8am to guarantee a bed in a decent spot. No inflatables allowed which I assume is due to the size of the pool. Entertainment staff work hard and are not pushy if you just want to just relax. ENTERTAINMENT Only stayed at the hotel on a couple of the evenings but what they advertised there seemed to be a variety of singers, magic & dance acts etc. What we saw was of a decent standard too. LOCATION Not much around the hotel, small beach was around a 5/10 minute walk, would have to hire sunbeds and parasol. A few shops opposite the hotel selling touristy bits Hired a boat for four hours just under £200 and visited some of the other beaches and went snorkelling which was worth it. Hired a car (£150 for 3 days)and visited Ibiza old town. Very unspoilt and lots of lovely shops, bars and restaurants. Although near the harbour a pint of lager was around 9 euros! Bus stop just down from the hotel and under £2 to get to San Antonio.Buses run until half past midnight. Costs around 70 euros round trip in a taxi from the hotel to the old town. Taxis are cheaper than Ubers. Hippy market was worth a visit, check online for days/times. Good atmosphere with a DJ on the evenings and bars/restaurant on site.

“Good food, near the beach, unfortunately many technical issues”

Nice location,food and pools are good. Clean. Airconditioning problems, almost daily wire problems. Also hot water issues (couldn’t use hot water for. 3 days, really unacceptable). Rooms are fine, fresh water en clean towels. Not enough storage places.
