Came here for our honeymoon and it was perfect. The staff are wonderful, food is lovely, loads of sunbeds, exceptionally clean and lots to do if you don’t want to sit around the pool. The activity reps Juliane and Kathy and the fitness reps Luisa and Viktoria get a special mention for their enthusiasm, encouraging and friendly approach and generally being amazing. We always enjoyed waiting to see what fabulous outfits they would be wearing for the evening activities. The casino night was a favourite as well as the sunset painting. If you like running be prepared for a bit of rocky terrain but a bit of extra distance (turn left at the beach) leads to wild horses and wild pigs which makes the run a bit more interesting! Highly recommended. Top tip - just ask reception if you need a few more hangers!

“A lovely all inclusive break”

We stayed for 11 nights all inclusive and had a wonderful time. The hotel is absolutely spotless and modern. Reception staff helpful and friendly; we were greeted with a glass of cava on arrival. The room was a little bit on the small side, but perfectly adequate with all the basics. It was cleaned daily and the mini bar was also topped up daily as part of the all inclusive package. The shower was great and the bed comfortable. The food was generally good with plenty of choice. The staff were good and efficient; a special thanks to Mar who looked after us in the main restaurant and got our drinks order ready when she saw us coming in. We dined in the Culinarium restaurant once as part of the AI package, and we were slightly underwhelmed by the quality of the food as some of the meat was overcooked. The setting and service were excellent. The entertainment and activities were exceptional; thank you to Julianne, Kathy, Louisa and Victoria. There was plenty going on, such as darts, shuffleboard, ping pong and creative craft during the day. My personal favourite was the sip and paint. At night the entertainment was also excellent, with the casino night and silent disco on the Saturday along with live music, bingo and quizzes throughout the evening on the other nights. The fitness classes run by Louisa were fantastic, we did a few of these. The pool area is great and there were always sunbeds available, although if I'm being honest some are quite close together. You could get pool towels at reception to exchange every 2 days. There is also the rooftop pool that is a lot quieter. It was our anniversary during our stay and the hotel kindly gave us a gift of either a bottle of cava or a Bali bed on the rooftop pool; we opted for the Bali bed which was lovely and really appreciated. The pool bar is great! The staff were all excellent, a special thanks to Alex who served us most of the time. The bar snacks were also good with plenty of options. The only criticism we have is that we felt that some of the cocktails were not the best quality: apart from the espresso martini and the berry mojito, they were okay. We mainly stuck to cava, beer and sangria which were all nice. For the price we paid and what we got, we were really happy with this hotel and would recommend it for a peaceful break in a beautiful part of the world.

This was our 3rd visit and we were not disappointed The staff from reception cleaners to bar staff and restaurant staff were always attentive polite and smiling.nothing is to much trouble The Hotel is absolutely spotless there’s always plenty of sun beds if you use them The downstairs restaurant was great with great service The Ala carte restaurant on the 6th floor is well worth a visit but book early the waiting staff can’t do enough for you and make you feel very special There are plenty of daytime activities from aerobics to darts. Cocktail making Spanish lessons etc The evening entertainment was great the Michael Jackson tribute was our favourite We hope to visit again next year And on behalf of myself and my wife and daughter and there family kind regards to all the Staff

“A nice weeks stay”

We came here as a multi-generational family and this hotel worked a treat for that. More pros than cons, the hotel is very clean, the standard rooms spacious enough and well equipped for a week. We came here as a multi-generational family and this hotel worked a treat for that. More pros than cons, the hotel is very clean, the standard rooms spacious enough and well equipped for a week. The food was good for what it is (an AI buffet), breakfast particularly. Evenings did get a bit samey and we ended up eating at Es pins (recommended) for one night. No problem with getting a sunbed. The gym is not great but just about adequate for a holiday workout, would have preferred a bit more ambiance in the bar area but again ok for the holiday we were having. Liked the access to the beach. I was of recommend for a weeks AI in a peaceful little resort.
