Love the setting of this hotel and the ease of a 20minute walk to either a beautiful rustic beach in one direction or Santa Eulàlia town in the other. The breakfast choices are great and never had to queue for anything.We did have an ‘upgraded’ newly furnished room which was divine. It’s a shame they don’t upgrade the public areas of this hotel too.

We could not fault this hotel in any way. It is immaculately clean, rooms are really comfortable and the staff never fail to be warm and welcoming. We could not fault this hotel in any way. It is immaculately clean, rooms are really comfortable and the staff never fail to be warm and welcoming. There are numerous areas to sit in the daytime and evening. The bar areas are lovely and the upstairs sunbathing area has plenty of comfortable sofas and shade as well as sunbeds. The pool is refreshing cold in October but it didn't stop us going in. We also enjoyed the food at breakfast and at dinner. We upgraded to half-board as the hotel is a walk from the main marina with restaurants and bars. It's around 20 minutes but as we did so much walking in the daytime, we didn't always want to walk again in the evening. We booked for evening meals directly at the hotel and we got a bargain. The nearest beach is about a 10 to 15 minute walk away, through a wooded area which is lovely, or along the road. The beach is quiet and gorgeous with a restaurant on site. We tried to get the staff in the restaurant to smile but failed miserably. There are two local supermarkets, one within a 5 minute walk. There's an indoor swimming pool (which is warm) and sauna/steam room, which is perfect if its a poor weather day or as an end to a tiring day. All in all it was lovely and we would definitely return again.

Hotel is very traditional, small pool area, lots of dark Spanish wood. We had a sea view (see photo) which only had the sun in the morning but was lovely to sit with a morning cuppa...once you'd worked out where to plug the kettle in. I don't like moving a kettle to a bedside cabinet but it was the only place you could plug it in. The Aircon didn't work, but I'm not sure if that's because it was early season and is controlled centrally, so not switched on. The shower over the bath was enough, a good shower & good supply of hot water. The walls are thin, so you can hear the TV next door, vibration of a message coming through on the mobile next door when it's on a table etc. Thankfully we were there early season so the hotel was very quiet. You can't lower the door handle when you exit the room, therefore you hear banging doors. Breakfast changed as the week went, more items were added, I assume as the hotel got busier. If you want pancakes, omelette or fried eggs you may have to queue, considering the hotel was quiet, there was regularly a queue. The hotel is clean and very well positioned. We took a bus to Ibiza town, which was easy and a good visit. Es Cana is another good visit by bus with it's Hippy Market on a Wednesday. We didn't eat in the hotel on a night so can't comment but would recommend, Mamma Mery for very good pizza, Katmandu for a good curry & El Naranjo for Mediterranean food. All of which were not expensive, good service and very good quality. I would still recommend the hotel as a central point to go out and see the island from, rather than a lie around the pool holiday. The roof terrace (see photo) is lovely to sit out on, particularly on an afternoon. I assume the bar will be open in the summer.

This was our first time in Ibiza and friends recommended Santa Eulalia. The hotel was lovely. It was about a 10 minute walk to the main part of Santa Eulalia. We had a lovely sea view from our room and when we arrived Storm Alice arrived! It was quite bad the first day but died down the next day and we had sunshine. The hotel was very clean. It had excellent food every morning and evening with a buffet service. We also had about 3 chefs cooking meats in the evening and omelette, fried eggs in the morning. It gets quite busy in the evening and we did have to wait for a free table but mostly it was fine. The pool area was lovely. I felt sorry for the lifeguard. Not many people ventured into the pool and he sat around all day! There was an upstairs area and downstairs area to sunbathe. There is an indoor pool as well with sauna, jacuzzi, steam room, gym and spa area for massages. I booked a facial. The only problem I had was someone walked in while I was having treatment! Also she left the room for a few minutes but did not explain how long for and I would have liked some information about how to care for my skin after such as don't go swimming. She didn't speak very good English. Another thing we were not happy with is a plumber came and changed the bath/shower taps while we were out. We did not get told this would happen and we arrived to our room and he was changing our sink tap! I thought this could have been done after we left! We were surprised no-one warned us. Other than that, the entertainment was good!
