Second time ive been to this resort, the aparments are a good size and have everything you need , each apartment has patio table and chairs . We were allocated a 4th floor apartment but the stairs were a bit much but i went to reception and was moved to s ground floor room which was amazing . The pools are great with plenty of sunbeds, though they probably could do with a few more umbrellas but all the grounds are well kept and clean . The pools bar and restaurant serve reasonably priced food and drinks . The apartments are only a short walk to the bars , restaurants and shops but far enough away that you cant hear any of the noise . The lovely santa ponsa beach is probably a 10 min walk.

We stayed at Holiday Center Santa Ponsa for five nights in May with our family and had an exceptional experience from start to finish. We travelled to Majorca to meet up with other family members, and the hotel was the perfect place for our family gathering. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful in every way throughout our stay. A special mention goes to the team for accommodating my 72-year-old mother with a ground-floor apartment, as there are no lifts in the complex. This thoughtful gesture was greatly appreciated and made her stay much more comfortable. The apartments were spotless and very well maintained, and the food was lovely with plenty of choice. The pool areas were fantastic and provided a great space for both adults and children to relax and enjoy themselves. Overall, we couldn’t have asked for a better holiday. The combination of excellent staff, clean accommodation, great food, and fantastic facilities made our stay truly memorable. I would rate Holiday Center as exceptional and would not hesitate to return in the future. Highly recommended for families looking for a friendly and welcoming place to stay in Santa Ponsa.

Just got back from 9 nights at the holiday centre santa ponsa and I dont think id come again, the pool bar/restaurant staff were fab and it was fairly quiet for this time of year but id say not enough space around the pool for everyone, twice had to sit around the dining area to have some time in the pool with my 4 year old so cant imagine what its like in peak season, both pools are not deep only 1m40,great for small children but not for anyone else wanting to have a good swim of bit of grown fun..happy with the location only 1 min walk to small shop and 5-10 mins to the life of the town and beach..the whole hotel was very clean and have room refresh every other day however cleaners did not sweep/mop balcony so had to do this ourselves but dustpan and broom was provided in room..we were in room 319 this is in sight of the entertainment every night obviously marketing for my 4 year old but this soon became very annoying playing Mario music baby shark all that kind of stuff which was difficult to get away from the noise but after unpacking it would have been a pain to repack to move rooms so we opted for evening walks to get away from the noise..there was no air-conditioning in the bedroom which was a major for us, slept with window open but come 7:30 every morning bin men came and workman began their noisy tools too, couldnt sleep with lounge air conditioning on as this would stop my mum from sleeping who slept in the lounge, beds not comfy for us grown ups some sort of thing memory foam..also hob rings did not get hot enough covered pans with plates to cook pasta which took around half an hour to do small amount for my son but it never came to a boil even after using kettle water, no big glasses or mugs we ended up buying big mugs to have decent cup of coffee in room and grabbing larger plastic cups from bar. We did go down to entertainment they had the animal guy on. The show itself was great really funny giving good knowledge to children and very interactive however €30 for 2 pictures with boa constructor and tortoise were just not professional enough for the price..I understand lots of children to get through but perhaps he could have taken time elsewhere off stage for this to be done, the quality of my photos were poor and he made me pay before seeing the pictures, we went away last year had a choice of 6 pics and paid €35 for 4 or 5 really good quality professional pictures of my son Also distance to room with very heavy suitcases, there is only 1 lift which takes u from reception to ground level rooms then u have 1-3 flights of stairs to get to ur actual room..not enough parasols around pool and no choice with upper decking areas

“Nice hotel except for cockroaches”

This is our second time staying at this hotel, we loved it because of the location, the self catered apartments and the friendly staff, HOWEVER apparently at this time of year it’s “normal” for cockroaches to be in the rooms? I’d love to not have cockroaches in the room, I don’t think that is a hug… more

This is our second time staying at this hotel, we loved it because of the location, the self catered apartments and the friendly staff, HOWEVER apparently at this time of year it’s “normal” for cockroaches to be in the rooms? I’d love to not have cockroaches in the room, I don’t think that is a huge ask. When I brought it up with reception I was asked if there’s children in the room and when I said no I was given a big bottle of bug spray, which made me uneasy to use it. We are on the ground floor so I get that it’s easy for these guys to get in but I’d like to have a relaxing holiday and not have to escort some strong bugs out of my room every day. I can coexist with almost everything but the cockroaches in my room I’m paying for is against my will, I don’t want them, I’d rather they’re not in hissing at me
