“Above and Beyond Staff”
No one could do a better job of taking care of their guests, with difficult circumstances, than Nataly at the Hilton Galatzo. We had a fantastic stay and beautiful rooms arranged by Nataly and Javier. No other hotel would be so accomodating and on top of all guests needs. Thank you

“Great stay but very poor communication”
We had a very pleasant stay for 4 nights - rooms spotless and good variety at breakfast and not too busy. The same with pool - very peaceful and plenty of seats.
