From the moment we arrived, our stay at this hotel was nothing short of phenomenal! Every detail, from the spotless rooms to the beautiful lobby, exceeded our expectations. But what truly made our experience unforgettable was the incredible staff. Victoria at the front desk was an absolute gem—attentive, friendly, and genuinely caring. She went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect, offering helpful tips and making us feel right at home. Honestly, she is just amazing! And Pablo! Wow—fantastic in every way. He was warm, accommodating, and made every interaction enjoyable. Between Victoria and Pablo, the service felt personal and heartfelt, something rare to find these days. Everything about this hotel, from the comfort of the rooms to the attention to detail in every corner, was amazing. We can’t recommend it enough and can’t wait to come back. Truly a five-star experience!

“Great trip”

Lovely Hilton Hotel in the hills overlooking the coast. Stayed here in a great family room - be sure to get a higher level floor if you can to get the views. Swimming pools , sun terraces and pool bar were all great and you could have food there too at lunch. Would recommend a car to get ou… more

Swimming pools , sun terraces and pool bar were all great and you could have food there too at lunch. Would recommend a car to get out and about for dinner at night. Overall a lovely place for a short stay in beautiful Majorca Xx

We had a lovely five-night stay at the Hilton Galatzo, Mallorca. As Hilton Diamond members, we were pleased to receive a complimentary room upgrade and two drink vouchers. Our room (2304) was clean, very comfortable, and even featured a sea view. The breakfast offered a great selection, and the staff were consistently helpful and polite. While we enjoyed the evening buffet one night, we felt the food variety was somewhat limited. We also dined at the Alma Bar; the food was good, though the table service was poor on our first visit. However, the hotel compensated us the following day, and everything was excellent when we returned the next night. The hotel is a wonderful retreat in Southwest Mallorca—conveniently located 30 minutes from the airport and just a 5-minute drive to the beach and local amenities. Although we didn't have time to use all the facilities, everything looked fantastic. We would definitely return!"

I recently stayed at the Hilton Mallorca Galatzo for a business trip. The hotel offers a professional environment, though there are a few points to consider regarding the layout and specific services. Meetings and Service The conference rooms and the overall service were outstanding. For business purposes, the infrastructure is top-notch, and the staff is highly professional and attentive. Dining The food was very good with high-quality options. However, the dining hall is quite large, which can make it feel a bit impersonal and busy during peak times. Room and Layout Depending on which category or building you are booked in, the walks to the rooms can be very long. The hotel is spread out, so you should be prepared for a bit of walking within the resort. Fitness and Wellness The fitness area is in good condition. It offers a solid selection of both machines and free weights, which is a definite plus for those wanting to maintain their workout routine while traveling. Location The hotel is situated on a hill. While this offers nice views, it means that a quick stroll into town is not possible. For guests who plan to spend most of their time within the resort, the location is great, but it is not ideal for spontaneous city walks. A Minor Grievance One thing we found slightly ridiculous: if you want a "good coffee," you are directed to a Starbucks station where you have to pay for it. In a hotel of this category, one would expect high-quality coffee to be included or at least available through standard service. Conclusion A very professional choice for business travelers and those looking for a secluded resort experience. Great facilities, though the layout requires some walking and the coffee policy is a bit odd.
