What a great find a lovely friendly hotel within easy reach of shops, bars and restaurants. My sister and I stayed here for 1 week in Sept 2025. We are both over 60 yrs old and I was recovering from a broken ankle so my mobility wasn't great. There are steps around the complex but there is ramp access to the poolside and rooms. Most of the steps have handrails so I was able to manage them. The walk into town is down a slope but isn't far at all which we both managed OK, even on the return. I had a look on streetview to determine the distance but in reality it was much closer than I thought. The hotel is on a rounabout with all ameneties down the slope at the next bigger roundabout. There you can find a range of restaurants - Steak House, Italian, German coffee shop, German restaurant. Indian, Chinese, and of course Spanish- something for eveyone. You can also find supermarkets, pharmacies, tabac, perfumeries and bakeries all within easy walking distance. Staff couldn't have been more attentive and helpful. Especially the night receptionist who carried my luggage up the stairs for me on arrival, Saul and the lifeguard who set up our sunbeds and umbrella each day, the lifeguard who took my case to the luggage store for me on departure. The rooms are basic but clean, great powerful shower, comfortable beds. We were self catering and the kitchen was adequate for our needs. We were provided with drying towels but no washcloth or washing up liquid. If I was to give any constructive feedback I would say it would be good to have these available. I loved the fact that it was a smaller hotel with only 3 stories in a cottage style surrounding a freestyle pool and beautifully landscaped. There were lots of nooks where comfortable seating was provided. Each block had access to a lift. The entertainment at night was very good acrobats, magicians, singers, dancers etc. The in-house entertainment team were fantastic especially Saul who was fabulous with everyone young or old. Despite being self catering we took up the offer of eating at the hotel one evening at a cost of 18 euros each for an all you can eat buffet plus drinks. I can recommend the house wine both red and white were good. The food was delicious with a great range of hot and cold items, savoury and sweet. Well worth the money. I would definitely recommend this hotel and will return in the future.

Please don’t be put off by others reviews ❤️ Stayed 13-20th sept /a couple Had a lovely stay , you did have to pay tourist tax when arrived which we knew about And 22€ for safe , which was a key not a code plus €10 refundable deposit Eco friendly €1 for a plastic cup which u can exchange for token when not using cup Preferred that to loads of empty glasses everywhere around pool etc, think this is way forward Towels €10 refundable deposit Ok with all above is the norm on holidays had room 101 which was a modern large room , my only negative was the view of bins , but as having had a hip replacement the location in hotel was perfect so over looked the view About 12 steps from reception/pool/restaurant perfect for me Rooms cleaned every other day Handwash/shower gel/ washing up liquid and teatowels provided Lovely large shower, got 3/4 English channels Channel 40 up , for background noise getting ready Entertainment mainly for little ones and some outside acts , think Saul is man who worked very hard day and night , balloon animals nightly etc The week we went was manly a few toddlers, hardly any school age children which was nice and a surprise No issues with getting sunbeds Pool open at 10 fenced off before that Pool various depth , with a extremely twisty slide , be careful In corner are lots of left over inflatables and bits for little ones in a large container for free use We liked the deep end and sun good till about 3.30 then did move further round to kids pool side for tanning Food was lovely and fresh not over crowded to get a table Yes pigeons about , but they cleaned your tables instantly so wasn’t any food for them to get Themed days and plenty of choice of food ,SnackFood from bar were cooked fresh , usual chips , burgers, toasties upto 6pm plus u can get ice cream and ice pops all inclusive and slush puppies Location good 5mins to beach down a slight hill Go out of hotel turn left and keep going straight We went to casino which was on way The square was 30 mins walk Or 5/6 € taxi which taxi and bus station on way to beach Mainly football showing in bars on massive screen, entertainment starts about 10pm at the square We went into Palma on bus which u tap with bank card like the tube on and off bus U get discounts for using same card for everyone It cost 2 of us €9 return, 30 mins to Palma Did cathedral booked on the “get your guide “app and jumped the long queue Hop on bus the same but not really worth the trip Nothing special to see like other places I’ve been headsets didn’t work on a lot of chairs for tour Beach €20.50 for 2 loungers and umbrella Clear sea, no stones worth having a day there Went on boat trip to see dolphins and a swim Did see about 5/6 that kept jumping in and out of the sea Bars Irish /British etc , couple of tribute bands bars, lots of lovely restaurants Lively but not crazy , Like magaluf All in all a lovely stay and would stay again at this hotel Check out 11 and you keep your all inclusive, we went round pool and put suitcases in luggage room and just got shower room when needed to get ready for transfer no issues

Most of the staff were really lovely especially the waitresses who went out there way too assist We were given a room on the second floor right above the tunnel entrance and first cpl nights were quiet until the rooms above and to the side of us were filled with families who partied till late and got up early making sleep virtually impossible. Walls are paper thin which makes sleeping difficult and as much other guests making noise at unsocial times isn’t a fault if the hotel they should make sure people are warned against it.
