Really nice view and location. Overall a super good experience. The kids really liked the entertainment during they day, and enjoyed being with Sandra, who after a few days already knew their names. Great experience for the whole family.

Had a fantastic time. The hotel is good value with amazing views and lots of great bars and restaurants nearby. The staff are great and Sandra is amazing with the kids entertainment. She does a great job and really works hard to keep them happy. Thank you so much.

Overall, we had a pleasant stay, but there were some significant downsides that would unfortunately prevent us from returning. What we LIKED * The sea view, was absolutely stunning and definitely the highlight of our stay. * The apartments are quite old, but they have a cosy, charming feel. We found them comfortable and welcoming. * The kids’ pool is fantastic, and the whole pool area is really well designed and enjoyable. * The entertainment programme looked fun and varied, although we couldn’t participate much because of our toddler’s bedtime. * Having a separate laundry room was incredibly convenient. * The shower had excellent water pressure. * The kitchenette was well equipped with everything we needed. * The beds were large and comfortable. * Although the air conditioning is old, it worked surprisingly well and kept the apartment cool. What we DIDN'T LIKE Noise - This was by far the biggest issue. The apartments have almost no soundproofing. We could hear our neighbours talking, moving furniture, opening doors, and even normal conversations as if they were in the same apartment. Unfortunately, during our stay there were also several groups of teenagers who were extremely loud late into the night. There seemed to be little or no enforcement of quiet hours. After 11:00 pm, and especially after midnight, there was constant shouting and running through the corridors. Travelling with a toddler who goes to bed around 8:30 pm, this became very frustrating. Being woken up after midnight because of noise every night is not something we expected. It might help if the hotel could accommodate families with young children in a separate wing from larger youth groups. Also, the corridors, especially near the elevators, amplify every sound. Food - The food was the biggest disappointment after the noise. While there appeared to be many dishes on display, the menu was almost exactly the same every single day. There was virtually no variety throughout our eight-night stay. Only a few vegetables changed occasionally, and even those were often overcooked or under-seasoned. The sausages were repeatedly undercooked, and overall the food quality was below expectations. For a stay longer than four or five days, the lack of variety became very noticeable. Overall, while there were some highlights, the noise and food issues significantly impacted our stay.
