We had a really enjoyable stay and felt it was great value for money — you really do get what you pay for. We were a family of four with two children, aged 7 and 4. The room was on the smaller side, but can make it work. You just need to stay organised and make sure everything is packed away, with the suitcases stored in the wardrobe, to make the most of the space. The location was great, around a 10-minute walk to the beach. There is also a free hotel shuttle bus that runs to the town and beach every 30 minutes, which was extremely handy, especially with young children. The main pool could get quite busy, but the kids’ pool was fantastic. It had slides and wasn’t too deep, making it perfect for younger children. Our kids absolutely loved it! Overall, we had a lovely stay and would definitely recommend the hotel to families looking for good value for money, a convenient location and great facilities for children. The entertainment was fantastic, with Alberto as the lead. There was something for everyone, including water polo during the day and a mini disco every evening from 20:30, followed by bingo, karaoke, live singers or traditional Spanish dancers. I would give Alberto a well-deserved 5 stars for all his hard work. He went above and beyond his role as an entertainer and could often be seen helping out at the snack bar, making sure everyone was served promptly and looked after. You genuinely couldn’t ask for more from one person. Alberto is a real credit to the hotel and a true testament to the effort and passion he puts into making sure families and children have a fantastic holiday. He worked incredibly hard and always made sure everyone was having a great time. One thing I would definitely recommend for the future is having more staff available, particularly during busy periods, to help keep everything running smoothly. I would also strongly recommend improving the snack options for children. As the hotel is all-inclusive, it would be great to see more child-friendly treats available, such as ice cream and chocolate. During our stay, these weren’t really provided, meaning we had to buy them from the shops nearby. There are shops only a couple of minutes away where you can get these for less than the hotel price, but when you’re staying all-inclusive, it would be much nicer to have these included at the hotel. This would definitely be a must for next time. Even something as simple as a small tick or voucher system, with each child receiving a set number of treats at check-in, could work really well. It would be a lovely extra touch for families and would make the all-inclusive experience even better.

This is my 4th time staying here we came as family with 2 kids and let me first off start with reception when we arrive to check in it took 45 minutes to check in as there was only one girl on reception so there was a lack of staff in reception . The room were always clean girls came in everyday to clean the room with fresh towels etc room are standard but everything you need when ur all inclusive. The restaurant has improved since the last time I was here (may 2026) the meet side of it still has room for improvement all staff in the restaurant was lovey especially Eddie and Rebia was just great alway so welcoming. The bar staff where just outstanding especially Ahmad and karim were alway so good you would know the difference with them working behind the bar because they would alway come outside and check the area for example fix all the chairs and put out ashtray. Just to add the outside area was not clean most of the time by accommodation as they would be out mopping everything day atleat 3 time a day when we were there last year. Pool bar was good alway burgers, tosties, and hotdogs which was great from the pools days and they was a great kids pool there so safe for the kids . And also to add there is a bus that runs everyday to the beach and the strip which is also free and the woman that drives that she is such a lovey lady would always chat away. And just want to mention that there was a member of staff that was in the bar and restaurant that wasn't at all nice he would be very rude when ordering drinks from the bar and there was a day that coffee machine wasn't working and he was so rude about it and also when he was down in the restaurant he had taken a full place of food when he was told to leave it by another member of my family and still took it anyway and he wasn't at all welcoming. And wanted to add the night porter in reception was so nice hasan was always so friendly and welcoming. So over all there was been a big change in this hotel in the year since the new management there's is just a different feeling when the old management was there was just more a home feeling definitely missing jesùs presents in the hotel you would definitely feel his presence when he was there he is such a lovey nice person always so genuine and welcoming .

So after reading all the awful reviews we were on the verge of cancelling our holiday, we then came across a Facebook page for the hotel with much more honest reviews and decided to give it ago. There were a few little niggles but they were more on a personal level of what I like to have when I go away. Cons - No Refrigerator in room, I think you can hire them. No kettle or tea/coffe making facilities in room Air con not working in our room, fine in family members room. The ticket system for getting drinks is a bit of a faff. Pros - Rooms clean and tidy, cleaning services and fresh towels everyday. Staff friendly and helpful Food was absolutely fine, it’s abit basic but you get what you pay for. We found something to eat everyday the salads were amazing. Pool areas well maintained and the kids had great fun. Drinks were fine the lager is San Miguel, plenty of soft drink choice for the kids. Supermarket next door if required. Short walk to town or the Santa Susanna land train leaves from outside the front door. All in all a pleasant experience and we would stay again.

After reading the reviews before arriving I was very sceptical of the holiday but the hotel is a 3 star and this is exactly what you get, food was below par but plenty of nice affordable restaurants within walking distance , did have to que for drinks often but no more than 5 minutes, supermarket next door very good and reasonably priced so often got food and drinks from there. Overall 3* is fair - pool area for kids was very good.
