“5 star experience”
Just returned from a fabulous week at this hotel. Staff, food, location, cleanliness and layout fabulous and suitable for all ages. Rooms are very spacious. The animation team were brilliant, especially Emma who went above and beyond. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

“Central Location”
Went with Jet2 from Bristol using Silverzone, really well organized and professional. On arrival at the Broncemar we were upgraded from a superior delux upper floor room to a 2 bedroom apartment which was just fantastic. Reception staff professional and helpful. “Poor we won't be back”
Location is great close to shops bars ect. Our suite was cleaned every day . There were ants on the side where you prep food & rust in the kettle. I advise bring dish soap and a sponge to pr wash dishes as this is not provided & a tea towl . There was a lot of loud youngsters music at the pool … more
