Just returned from our second year at this complex and cannot wait to return next year. This is the friendliest complex we have ever stayed in Fuerteventura, as everyone chats to each other. Yes, it is a very basic complex, but it is clean and they are making improvements all the time. Bungalows are a good size, with small kitchen, sofa bed, twin bedroom and basic bathroom. The sunbeds on the terrace are ideal, as every unit gets sunshine in the morning and then afternoon sun out the back. Many people just stay on their terraces enjoying the sun. There is a large pool, although far too cold for us, but nice to lay on sunbeds around the pool. There is an area above reception to sunbathe, but only in a less windy day. The location is handy for everything, 5 mins from bus station, 1 minute from market and there are several supermarkets within a 15 mins walk. The main town is 15 mins walk or there are bars etc up the hill a bit nearer. There is a handy washing machine which is a bargain 3 euros, including washing powder. You have a clothes airer outside back of room. We had our towels changed mon, weds and Friday and sheets were once a week, which is enough. Always plenty of extra bin bags and toilet rolls on hand. The cooking area is very basic, just 2 rings and a microwave, but we take a small air fryer, which enables us to cook more variety of foods. There is a small fridge and freezer compartment, so you cannot buy too much frozen food, but this was not an issue. There is a great book exchange in reception and luggage scales for when you leave.

Stayed for a long weekend for a cheap break and wasn’t disappointed. Been to CDF before, within 90mims of landing I think we had checked in which wasnt expecting as check in said 2pm and we arrived just after 11.l but was given key and map to our room, reception efficient and polite. Room was a bit tired as previously mentioned but very clean and all we wanted as didn’t expect to spend much time in the bungalow . As previously mentioned no a/c but got use of a decent fan from reception for 20€ deposit. Beds very comfortable, squeezed a bit when you rolled over, double hob, microwave and fridge with small freezer compartment and the basic pots and pans. Washing up liquid and scour pad provided. Bathroom was decent size and shower reasonably powerful. Although not used the washing machines scattered about on site are a nice touch and good price. Pool is a very decent size and very clean in and around, plenty of sun beds but as previously mentioned by others some are broken and you can’t sit up on them. Didn’t have breakfast on site so can’t comment. Couple of drinks and ice cream bought from the snack bar and reasonably priced. Location is great, far enough away from a lot but near enough also. Under 10 minute walk to the beach and plenty of choices on food and bars within 5-10 mins in either direction. Best breakfast we found nearby was Tommy Nutters, reasonably priced and good quality. Yes it’s directly under the flight path for planes coming in but wasn’t an issue for us. Checkout by 12 but extended to 4pm at cost of €17 which I felt was reasonable. For what I paid a nice cheap and cheerful bargain and I’d definitely return. If you’re fussy and like a bit of luxury not for you but if you’re just look g for a cheap base ideal place to stay.

This is a cheap and cheerful bungalow complex. It is completely no frills. With that being said, it is clean and comfortable. The beds are squeaky and the whole place needs a revamp but you get what you pay for. We found it very quiet apart from the planes (it's directly on the flight path) but this didn't bother us. Massive pool, cleaned daily. Pool area quiet and no rush for sunbeds at opening (10am). Most of the sunbeds are broken though. Breakfast is available as English or Italian option 5 euros a head. Fans are free of charge with just a 20 euro deposit (no aircon). Bungalows in a convenient location in-between the top and bottom parts of the resort. In summary, clean but tatty. If you're fussy then I wouldn't recommend but we'd definitely return as we found it very good value.

Room clean good location staff helpful cleaner came twice can’t complain about nowt had 2 scooters plenty room had room 363 next to reception straight in easy to charge cheap holiday no frills excellent
