“Elba Palace is loosing its standards”
We went to Elba Palace Golf for the second time. The first time eight years ago was so much better. Food is quite boring ( breakfast) and dinner is every day the same( apart from the dish of the day) and if you don’t eat meat it’s quite limited choices) . “Go for the golf but not the hotel”
The golfing experience was good but the hotel was below expectations, some staff were quite “direct”- Youssef on the bar was great- it’s trying to be something it’s not ie a bit pretentious, a more relaxed vibe would have been good, female waitress and reception uniform- what was all that about?
