Gorgeous hotel, only snag is you have to book your sunbeds after 7am for the following day, which after a skin full, that's not the 1st thing you think of doing, very strict about eating and drinking around the beds, meals especially the lamb stew was fab. Compliments passed to the chef, Great area on the roofless terrace loads of snacks to choose from, , rooms beautiful, nice atmosphere, hardly any noise at all, we've never stayed in an adults only hotel before but would definitely try another. Spotlessly clean everywhere around the hotel.

“Nice, but not for us.”

Sadly not for us. Despite upgrading our room to Ecensa it was located at the front. It was very noisy at times, also room very dark & no facility to sit & do make up & hair. Food was always luke warm in the buffet or served one. Staff are very friendly but its not on our list to revisit.

stayed for 6 nights in April. all inclusive first impressions lovely hotel, nice and clean, modern, friendly helpful staff. Booked a double pool view room which was actually 2 single beds pushed together, reception said they could change the room in 3 days which was fine and we did get a much better room which was also a sea view. perfect. The bed and pillows were comfortable and the shower was fab. great hairdryer too and plenty of coat hangers. No iron or board no robes and slippers no usb’s Toiletries not the greatest. Booking sun beds via the app is a great idea. Also liked the bracelets to open your room doors and no cards to be carrying around. All inclusive isn’t actually all inclusive compared to other places we’ve been. some drinks you have to pay extra for and all inclusive finishes at 11pm. One buffet restaurant with food pretty much the same every day. One ‘al a carte’ (not al a carte when you have a buffet starter) and the main was not great either. it was like a cafe. Second night there the turkey I got from the cooking station was still raw (see pic) so be vigilant when eating your food, Luckily my hubby noticed it before i ate it or could have been really poorly ! Food from the top bar during the day was nice though and ice creams from there too. Entertainment was good. the average age range in this hotel was around 60 -80 when we were there. we had a nice time. if we ever returned (very unlikely) we would go b&b Found this hotel very expensive for what it is. Fabulous indian restaurant straight across the road. Delhi Darbar. will be doing a review for them. excellent! highly recommend. summary : not what we expected after reading such good reviews. I suppose it’s where else you have been to compare it to. we have been to the carribean for the same price as we paid for here with all inclusive that is all inclusive and several restaurants included aswell.

Overall, my experience at this hotel was pleasant. You can clearly see that it is a more selective and well-organized hotel that respects both its rules and its guests. The atmosphere was elegant, the staff were professional, and the cleanliness in the room was good throughout our stay. We had the Gold package with half board, which included several nice benefits. However, there were a few aspects that left me disappointed, especially regarding the food quality. At breakfast, the meat ( ham, salami) did not seem very fresh, some of the fruit looked overripe, and the coffee was unfortunately not good at all. I tried coffee at both bars, including The one, but I still did not enjoy it. Although The One is an à la carte restaurant, I personally preferred the main restaurant instead. For both lunch and dinner, there was always enough food available, but in my opinion the quality and variety did not match the standard or price of the hotel. I have stayed in other hotels that were less expensive and less exclusive, yet they offered a much wider and more refined food selection, including more gluten-free options. Here, the menu felt very repetitive, with almost the same dishes every day. Some examples: the poached eggs were not very well prepared, the bacon was not particularly appetizing, and while the pasta at lunch was decent, it was nothing special. Dinner was also quite repetitive, mostly including fast food-style dishes, pizza, beef, and pork. Some dishes were good, others less impressive — I suppose it depends on personal taste. Despite these issues, the hotel itself was still beautiful, organized, and overall enjoyable, but I believe the dining experience could definitely be improved to better match the hotel’s image and standards.
