We are currently staying at the princess inspire hotel and we are having the best holiday! We are a couple on our honeymoon, the hotel is absolutely beautiful. We are all inclusive and the food and drinks options are very extensive there’s lots of different options. Drink wise for me I like wine and gin and there’s loads of options to choose from which are all very nice. The staff are amazing! You’re never sitting with an empty glass, the staff are round all the time to take your order. They are so friendly and helpful. Every night after dinner service all the guests clap for the staff as they leave which is really nice, they are obviously making everyone feel very well looked after. The entertainment is unreal! From throughout the day, starting at 10:30 with a fitness class through to games during the day then the evening entertainment is like being at a live concert every night. All acts have been extremely talented and it has been amazing to watch them on the terrace outside rather than a small room. We are just having the most amazing time, we feel very well looked after by all the amazing staff. We are very grateful to see such amazing shows every single night! I would absolutely recommend this hotel, very high end 4 star hotel! Also its location is perfect! There is lots near by, you really have everything at your fingertips here.

Traveled with friends for our Second visit to Princess Inspire. Did not disappointment again. Very welcoming staff who went that extra mile to accommodate us all in close proximity to each other. The rooms were cleaned and fresh towels left daily. As for the restaurant although buffet style everything was fresh and replenished constantly. Our only niggle was the bed booking system. Its a great idea if you only need a couple of beds. But when you need several it's difficult as you can only book per room. A group booking system would be handy. Overall a excellent holiday venue.

We visited this hotel previously in 2017 and 2018 and have rated it up to 2025 as the best hotel we had visited. We didn’t return until now, because we wanted to try out other hotels too. It came as a great disappointment therefore that it felt like our return was a bit of a let down. Overall, I think I would still rate this hotel as a 4 star, but not 5 star. The hotel had been revamped/modernised about a year before our return but we felt this had made it worse rather than better. The staff were mostly very good, though a few were not so smily and welcoming, some cleaning staff and some waiting staff. We stayed in room 1017 on the ground floor. Our main gripe was the lack of privacy in the bathroom. There is no proper door to shut, only a partly frosted sliding glass door which failed to provide any noise privacy. Every toilet 'function' could be clearly heard from the main part of the room. We did also find a cockroach in our bathroom on two occasions. After the first time we reported it to Reception and they said that as this had happened the previous day that, if it were to happen again, please call them immediately and they would come straight round to deal with it. Also the TV only worked intermittently. Apart from that, the room was fine! Everything else worked, the Air Con worked very efficiently and quietly and the walk-in shower was very nice. The bed was fine and we had the pool view that we requested/paid extra for, although because we were on the ground floor it meant people walking by would often gaze in so there was little privacy. We were situated right next to where the entertainment - mainly music tribute acts- performed. This was a bit noisy but didnt go on too late. Food – when we stayed here previously we thought the food choice and quality were both excellent. Sadly, we didn’t feel the same way this time, certainly not for the choice of food available. The quality of the food I would probably say was still good, though again, not as good as our previous visits. The pool this has been revamped since our last visit and changed from what used to be kind of oval shape and was now rectangular in shape and rotated 90°. The temperature was always fine, refreshing once you first got in and then soon not cold at all . The sunbeds – I wasn’t really a fan of how the sunbeds were laid out around the main pool. They were laid out parallel to the rectangular swimming pool instead of facing towards swimming pool. I thought it a bit odd but presume its to get more sunbeds in the space. However this also meant if you were on a sunbed on the edge of all the sunbeds, you were barely a few feet from the outside restaurant tables where people would be eating breakfast or lunch. Again, not really ideal. You have probably read about the sunbed booking system, which I can see the benefits of, though we did also witness disagreements with people claiming to reserve the same bed. Had this been our first visit to this hotel then I feel we would have been less critical but it didnt compare favourably now since its revamp.
