We had a very happy enjoyable stay here. the hotel is in a great location short walk to the beach , bars , shops and restaurants a stroll just over the road , taxi rank in front of hotel and supermarkets 1min walk. 10/10 for location The hotel is spotless in all areas ,all reception staff are so welcoming and friendly and helpful throughout at all times , Emma. Isis, Claudia made contact through WhatsApp and room 📞 calls that all was satisfactory in your apparments. 10/10 The apparments had everything you required on holiday in self catering with full appliances and well stocked crockery and pans and cutlery home from home, the beds were so comfy and pillows a good night sleep 😴 the bathroom had a really good shower 🚿 nice and plenty of hot water 💧. 10/10 the cleanliness of the apparments and all other areas and swimming pool area , pool snack / bar well stocked for food and drinks 🍸 plenty of sun lounges with mattress and parasol for shade across the complex , the pool is heated and hottub which are both very enjoyable and relaxing. 10/10 It's the first time I've been to tenerife, and stayed in costa adeje i found the resort very friendly and relaxed in which I would return to , and without any hesitation i would stay again at the royal sunset beach h club , and I have highly recommend this hotel to friends and family . My recommendations and reviews for me on this hotel 🏨 is a 10/10 Also the anermation team and entertainment are fabulous 👌 and fun 😁 with all ages .10/10 We will be back ...

“A very enjoyable stay at Royal Sunset Beach Club in Tenerife”

Its a lovely resort, very clean and everyone very helpful. I particularly liked the clean water extra tap that was a really excellent idea. It is such a well situated resort with taxis right outside and the beach sea could be viewed from the from reception door. A good mini supermarket one minut… more

Its a lovely resort, very clean and everyone very helpful. I particularly liked the clean water extra tap that was a really excellent idea. It is such a well situated resort with taxis right outside and the beach sea could be viewed from the from reception door. A good mini supermarket one minute away. I have been trying to visit Royal Sunset Beach Club for many years and when I visited it did not disappoint!

I recently finished my stay at Royal Sunset Beach Club. I’ll start with the positives: the room quality was excellent—very clean and well-maintained—and the staff members were consistently friendly and professional throughout my visit. However, the check-in experience was incredibly frustrating. I arrived at 11:00 AM and was told to return at 12:00 PM for paperwork. When I returned at 1:00 PM, I was told my room was ready, but I would be charged an additional €20 to access it before the "official" 4:00 PM time.I know the 4:00 PM policy is stated in the booking, but in my experience traveling around the world, most hotels waive this if the room is already prepared. While I can appreciate a fee for a 10:00 AM arrival, being asked to pay for a 1:00 PM check-in when the room is sitting empty feels like a blatant "nickel-and-diming" tactic. A 4:00 PM check-in (combined with a 10:00 AM check-out) is already restrictive enough without holding a ready room "for ransom" to squeeze out extra revenue. It’s a shame, as it left a sour taste at the start of an otherwise lovely trip. I’d recommend the resort for the quality of the stay, but don't expect any flexibility on arrival unless you're willing to pay the "convenience fee."

I have stayed in this property 8 times in the last 2 years without complaint and the property is an ideal place to stay. Emma on reception is always helpful. However please be aware of a early check in fee of 20 euros if you are in the room before 4pm. We were offered the room at 140pm and only told at check out about this charge. They then try to take it from you at check out. If they don't tell you then dont pay it. Back door money making scheme from a international brand.
