We really enjoyed our stay at the KN matas Blancas hotel and will definitely come back despite reading some not great reviews we enjoyed our stay very much. , The rooms were perfect and beds were comfortable and clean and our room was cleaned every day good sized rooms , fridges , safes and wardrobes in each and nice balconies . Reception staff on arrival (Bryan) was very friendly and welcoming and told us in detail about the hotel and because we arrived late we were welcomed with a cooked meal waiting in our room for us . Food was great and plenty of options everyday but Sundays dinner really stood out to me with mashed potato , veg and a perfectly cooked steak ! And was very yummy. Disco and lobby bars where great for socialising and entertainment and the guy who works in the disco bar (unsure of his name ) was excellent and very friendly Although entertainment wa limited we saw 1 singers and Saturday night they had a disco on which was nice . the 3 outdoor pools were lovely the middle pool is a sea water salt pool and was nice to get a tan in but the deepest pool was the favourite . We also enjoyed the indoor pool in the spa with jets and other nice things . We got 2 hours for free (I believe if you book with jet 2 you get 2 free hours in the pool , sauna . Steam room and cold water pool) additional 2 hours is €15 but it’s worth it . pool towels can be changed at the spa whenever too. The Mini Market on site is great selling things you may need but it is quite overpriced . All inclusive drinks/ cocktails were great and the tequila calma was the favourite . Plenty of sunbeds for everyone so no fighting for one even at times like 1pm . The hotel uses a no waste scheme by the pool so there is zero waste around rhe pool . They charge €1 pp for a cup which holds a good amount of liquid . The hotel also offers plenty of activitiee such as a gym, football/basketball court, pool, ping pong table No ball or floaties by the pools they are not allowed There is also a luggage room onsite next to reception if you have a later flight as checkout is 11am The Cat that also lives on site is so cute too Reasons for 4/5 stars - Could be more entertainment in the evenings even things like bingo , quizzes and disco . - More food options as some bits did get repetitive Thankyou for a great stay we will be back :)

“Great holiday”

Very nice hotel. We had a pool view room and the view was genuinely beautiful. Our rooms were very clean and as we arrived late we also received a small complementary dinner which was a nice surprise. Very nice hotel. We had a pool view room and the view was genuinely beautiful. Our rooms were very clean and as we arrived late we also received a small complementary dinner which was a nice surprise. We came with quite low expectations after reading many reviews but honestly we had a great stay. Food was tasty and drinks were great too- only complaint is that the selection got repetitive after a week but that is to be expected. It does get windy but it is more refreshing and cooling rather than a nuisance. Staff were kind and helpful, particularly reception and dining workers. It is located on top of a hill which may be difficult for some guests but personally wasn’t an issue. An easy 15 minute walk to Costa Calma beach- I recommend walking further down for the white sand and blue water as it is breathtaking. I also recommend booking a trip to the oasis wildlife zoo as it was a highlight of our trip! Our only complaints really were that some of the older solo guests tended to be drunk most of the time and bothered other guests on occasion while the staff just let it happen, and that the pool shuts at 18:00 - although understandable as it is an adults only hotel so drunken antics are to be expected. Noise level varied between rooms but was mostly a result of other guests. All in all a great holiday and in my opinion good value for money, especially in July and as an all inclusive stay. Don’t let the negative reviews put you off too much.p

“relaxing holiday”

Honest review.Excellent all inclusive with good food and drinks.Rooms spotless and changed nearly everyday.Pool lovely .Staff pleasant.Very remote so good 30 minute walk to decent beach and shops.Its a chilled out holiday .Enjoy

I booked a last minute 'drop and flop' holiday, my first solo trip away and this hotel was just perfect for solo travellers, I met some really lovely people (and some odd ones!) It is clean, the staff are fantastic and really go above and beyond. My room was large, it had a great balcony and the bed was incredibly comfortable. Yes the hotel is remote, and I knew this beforehand - it wasn't an issue as I like a walk. There's also a spa and small gym onsite. There are always sunbeds, which was a priority for me as I don't want to get up at 6am on holiday! Food was all inclusive buffet and always a something to eat. If not then get out and treat yourself in town. I enjoyed it so much that I went back for a second stay in May. Again, I had a fantastic time and will return!
