“Fantastic holiday!”

We have just returned from a 7 day stay and we had the best time! The location is excellent - shops and supermarket opposite the hotel and the beach a 5 minute stroll away. We have just returned from a 7 day stay and we had the best time! The location is excellent - shops and supermarket opposite the hotel and the beach a 5 minute stroll away. The rooms are incredibly spacious and clean - the concealed kitchenette is a great touch as we like to have drinks and snacks in the room for our children. I would suggest to pay extra for a pool view as we didn’t and had a view of the playground at the back of the hotel - it didn’t overly bother us but the hotel grounds and pool area are so beautiful, it would’ve been a fantastic view! The animation team are fantastic, the mini disco and evening entertainment are brilliant - our youngest daughter was fascinated with Daisy, the mascot (and all the merch that came with it!). There is also crazy golf and the aquarium a 5 minute walk away if you fancy getting out for a few hours (we also did the submarine safari trip and went to the water park, both of which were fabulous). In short, we had a wonderful holiday!

“Brilliant hotel for families”

Cannot fault this hotel. Just come back from a break with my 9 year old. Hotel is friendly, clean, pretty, spacious and in a great location. Shops opposite, bus stop outside. Beach 5 mins walk. Cannot fault this hotel. Just come back from a break with my 9 year old. Hotel is friendly, clean, pretty, spacious and in a great location. Shops opposite, bus stop outside. Beach 5 mins walk. Quiet location though. Food choices are great, themed each night. Entertainment team friendly and there is a kids club for different ages. Reception and restaurant staff fabulous. Lots to do at hotel. Rooms spacious and aircon effective. My only comment would be that the hotel is full of young families. If that’s not you, it probably isn’t right for you. Dinner time can be noisy & busy. Shout out to Diego who is so great with the kids and on stage!

We stayed at H10 Lanzarote Gardens in May with my daughter, her friend, and her mum, and honestly had the most amazing time from start to finish! The rooms were fantastic — spotless every day with fresh towels waiting for us, which made everything feel extra comfortable and relaxing. The whole hotel was incredibly clean and well looked after. What really made the holiday special was the staff. Every single person was friendly, welcoming, and always smiling. The reception team were absolutely brilliant and went above and beyond to help with anything we needed. The entertainment was full of energy and so much fun, keeping both the kids and adults entertained every day and night. There was always a great atmosphere around the hotel, and it made the whole trip feel really special. We made some amazing memories and didn’t want to leave. We’d 100% come back again and would highly recommend it to families looking for a fun, relaxing holiday!

I am writing this on our last night here. We came with our 2 young children, it's definitely a hotel for those with young children! The site is beautiful, the staff work so hard with the landscaping and keeping the whole place clean and tidy. The rooms were fabulous, with really high quality toiletries provided, an amazing rain head shower, really comfy super king beds and a great set up of sofa and camp bed in the lounge. We also had a double terrace in a quieter part of the resort which us and the kids used loads. The 2 play parks are good, we used them and the football pitch daily. They could use more benches though and bigger equipment for older children. The pools are great, us adults found them a little chilly but the kids were generally fine. The heated one was great! We did find the sunbed situation a little frustrating as people did reserve sunbeds from 8.30am (by having one person staying with them even if they were reserving 10!) and it meant by 10am there were no sunbeds near the shallow pool. It would be good to have either sunbed allocations or no one allowed to reserve at all until 10am. We often liked to go out in morning and by the afternoon there was no chance at getting a sunbed at all. Food was a little disappointing and we are really glad we didn't go all inclusive. We tried food from the pool bar twice and it was awful both times. Breakfast was generally good with a wide selection, the churros and pancakes were delicious. Dinner was a bit hit and miss and there wasn't much "on theme", the fresh cooked meat was often rather dry. But there was generally something for everyone and with 2 young children we found it easier to venture out for lunch rather than dinner. The staff were all fabulous. We used kids club once, and the staff there all seemed great. We found the ratios a bit low (seemed to be 1:15 for children aged 3-9) and although incredibly welcoming of children with additional needs it did concern me that they wouldn't have the staff to support children who might need it. The location of the hotel was perfect, walking distance to beautiful beaches, right by a bus stop, near some great restaurants/cafes/shops but felt quiet. We absolutely would come and stay again.
