“5* all the way loved it”

What a fabulous hotel resort and location to shops Resturant’s, not that you need to go out to eat as food something for everyone . Clean and all staff really pleasant and helpful nothing is a problem for them. 2nd time at this hotel and not my last

“Lovely hotel in a good position”

Hotel was clean rooms had a gorgeous patio/balcony with table chairs and loungers. Plenty of choice at mealtimes. The snack/drinks area was good other than sparrows flying in at times. “Surprise Surprise”

Just got back los zocos 2nd stay here staff food cleanliness all very good reception staff brilliant will be back hopefully Xmas. Family turned up to surprise us fantastic

“Wonderful stay with lots to do”

We stayed at Los Zocos for the first time as a family of 3 (2 adults and a 3 year old), and we were very happy with our stay. We stayed at Los Zocos for the first time as a family of 3 (2 adults and a 3 year old), and we were very happy with our stay. Bar the wind (which is not the hotel's fault haha), we really enjoyed the layout of the resort - easy to get around, very accessible - and with lots of amenities. Pools, mini golf, pool side building with game room, playground and even soft play next to the kids club. My son loved having so many fun things around. Staff are very lovely and accommodating. The room we got was lovely - especially as we got an upgrade to a 2 bedroom suite. Luckily we were on the ground floor as well - if you are averse to climbing stairs be aware this place has no lifts. The food was great - I've seen reviews complaining on this point but honestly, there was enough variety. And they also offer a special gluten-free menu for those who require food specially prepared (but if you are just intolerant, there is plenty of food like rice and potatoes and meats). We went all-inclusive and never felt hungry or thirsty. But if you do need something extra, there is a store literally just outside the hotel, or across the street. In terms of location, I'd say this was just right - beach was barely a 10 min walk away, a little strip of stores very close, aquarium right around the corner, and if you are ok with a walk, then there is more to be found not far away. Last note, I believe some previous reviews complained about noise at the resort and I am not sure what this could be. If your room faces the "main pool area" then yes, during the day from mid-morning there is music playing, but this stops well before 6pm. If you are looking for absolute quite at all times try to get a room closer to the "quiet pool" area. Any other noise you might hear is from the evening entertainment in another building but again, I suppose you'd have to be right next to it for it to be bothersome. Otherwise, it's not like there were crazy raves happing til 4am. We had some minor issues with smells in the bathroom - which I didn't say anything about so can't give them a fair chance of sorting it - and the "ants". Super super tiny ones. These are unavoidable I think. We stayed somewhere else in Lanzarote last year and had the same. You just need to keep any food sealed and ideally in the fridge. I've written a lot but trying to give a fair representation of our stay. Overall, I would stay at the hotel again.
