We have stayed at Neptuno Suites three times now. The staff are always very welcoming, friendly and helpful. The main building and apartments are clean and of good size, although it all does need refreshing. Cooking facilities are sufficient, two ring induction hob, kettle, toaster and a full size fridge. Utensils are often missing so, if you have one that you particularly like to use, it’s best to take your own. The local shops do stock all that you may need though. The proximity to the sea, on two sides, gives gorgeous views and easy access to all of the main beaches in Costa Teguise. The balconies of the sea view apartments are wonderful places to relax to the sound of the waves. We go to CT mainly for the SCUBA diving and our favourite dive centre, Native, is just across the road from the apartments. We’ve not used the restaurant, so cannot comment on the food. There are several supermarkets and restaurants in easy walking distance to the apartments too. Would definitely stay again.

Right then here goes Stayed here Christmas Eve till Jan 7th 2025 on arrival all looks ok until we were given our room 317 top floor no lift partner 76 years old myself bk complications walking into block paint falling of walls all debris all over carpet we get in the room ok clean but very tired microwave old as me plug hanging of wall to fridge no heating as it was very chilli of a night went down to ask for a heater she said sorry I can only give u a extra blanket well not good when u have to use that blanket when watching tv at night too in front room bathroom was ok no sun on balcony what so ever pool area clean no probs with beds to bathe pool not heated and only main bit of pool full rest no water we asked to be moved but apparently full so had to stay put location perfect for us as we love the main square and abbey rd pub and the venue our main pub is the blue bell love Katie who works their she’s great oh and if u need a heater ask in their the loan one for a tenor a week which we did after and room was warm again apart from that I’ll never self cater again put me right off

“Tired in need of maintenance”

Tired apartments, great location great view. Staff are very nice and friendly. Tatty and in need of maintenance. Very quiet . Bed was uncomfortable and shower was inconsistent . Glad I tried and only stayed 2 nights . Wouldn’t return

We booked this last minute as our original apartment we booked cancelled on us . I checked trip advisor...someone did mention smells. I'll get back to that. So we booked the Neptuno suites. We booked this last minute as our original apartment we booked cancelled on us . I checked trip advisor...someone did mention smells. I'll get back to that. So we booked the Neptuno suites. For location it's amazing, at the rocky beach area, our Room 307 we could see the ships, cruise ships go by. Huge balcony but no loungers on them. Staff are nice, cleaners work hard. There is NO elevator so humping up 2 cases ro 307 was not a joy. The stairs are well worn, the carpet is grubby. Then the room... 1st thing that hit us was the smell, an acrid, damp smell...coming from the toilet, later I found it it's from the sky light , in the bathroom & the damp around it...photo in comments. There are basic, enough for 2 utilities. Room safe. Air con...we didn't use as Breezy Teguise had a storm & awful weather when we were there. 1st ever holiday i got a cold on. The bed room is small, awful pillows, we used cushions from couch to prop us. There isn't a lot of storage for 2 people, 2 weeks clothes. Over all the room needed a huge updating, damp fixed and general decorating. Not the worst I have been in but not the best. For the price we paid we have had much better, up to date apartments in Greece, in summer , for less. & sunloungers on our balcony. The staff at reception took on board we hadn't had WIFI for 3 days & gave us an iron when asked for one. ( something that was described as in the room ) Its a well appointed place, pity about the room& general astetic look of the room. AND THAT SMELL.
