Wonderful place with fabulous entertainment / loads of activities for kids . Great pools , lovely food and very very clean. Superb holiday hotel

Beautiful hotel. We had a swim up room facing the sea, although great, the wind being at bottom of resort and on corner was not so good. Rooms very spacious, cleaned daily, massive bed. Beautiful hotel. We had a swim up room facing the sea, although great, the wind being at bottom of resort and on corner was not so good. Rooms very spacious, cleaned daily, massive bed. Mossquitis big problem. Looks very magical if you have children. Food choice was fine, you could even go to thier mcdonalds version snack bar. Very big place, staff always happy and friendly. Entertainment had to be booked and could only book 3. Cant say on my personal experiance that it was any good. Could have done more entertainment outside for more to enjoy. Although they had a singer /band some nights outside top bar but not enough seating . Can go for walks back of hotel on the lefts shops bars ect and on right fews restaurants snd bars and a marina. Was an expensive holiday i dont think its worth what it cost. I would go back but but only if had a deal

We stayed here in June for 10 nights having previously stayed last year for 7 nights. We returned because we generally loved the hotel and the area . The hotel itself is stunning 😄 and very clean the staff are always cleaning . Rooms we had a master suite and requested a Castle view which we got room was great clean loads of space our 5 year old slept on double sofa bed in other room just sliding doors that separate it but was good as our son could sleep in peace without us waking him up. You also get mini bar included with some juice and beer . There's water stations on each floor too. The shows we only went to one called toy circus we actually really enjoyed it our son did too . Alot people do say there's not much entertainment at night but it depends what you like to do there is live singers and bands in the lounge bar and terrace at nights and mini disco for kids at night also silent disco on a Sunday night . There's the sports bar has karaoke and quizzes and bingo and pool tables We have gotten used to the area so we loved to take walks along the promenede on the evening was lovely and walked to San blas it's short walk away there's bars and restaurants and supermarket. The hotel is a taxi away from most attractions but we loved the fact it was a quieter area we did go to loro parque and went to costa adeje for the day was nice change of scenery. We never used the kids club but the kids seem to have a lot of fun and the entertainment team were great have a foam party on a Friday in kids pool . Food this is a controversial topic especially on the Facebook group of the hotel so I want to be honest ! We really didn't rate the food at all the previous year we felt the same but wanted to come back as we loved the hotel itself , saying that everyone has different opinions so someone might love the food but in my opinion it could be a lot better for a 5 star resort we didn't really eat in buffet at all Our son ate quite a bit in snack bar but it was mostly chicken nuggets and chips I got quite sick of fried food . We are in the al cartes the steak house wasn't bad at all and the Italian our son got to make his own pizza which was cool but food was just ok . We did eat out quite a lot and opted to order like McDonald's and pizza to the hotel for late night snacks There's a lovely restaurant on the promenede called vagabonda we had breakfast there a lot food was really good also pancake.cafe was good. We also had meals at restaurants called old fashioned 1892 in San blas food was outstanding best place to eat in the area you need to book in advance which is definitely worth it we had it booked months before travelling you won't be disappointed if you go . Pools great selection of pools are son didn't really use the slides he preferred the main pools All in all we had a great holiday but we aren't returning next year we have actually booked the barcelo tenerife which is 15 minute walk away from the fantasia but it's looks amazing too and hoping food is better there we love the local area so that's why returning. Tips bring towel pegs it gets windy The lifts are small if you have a pram it's do able but bit annoying Definitely try the local restaurants some really good food. Book the shows and al cartes in the app you can check in 10 days before arrival.
