“An Outstanding Stay We Keep Coming Back To”

“Fantastic family holiday”
We stayed at the Ritz Carlton for the second time, but our first time with a new family. “Wonderful family holiday”
We left the baby camera in room 211 on Saturday and have contacted them 4 times to try and get it back. No one phones back or emails who have said they will. Apart from this it was wonderful

“persons with impaired mobility”
Because the hotel is built into the side of a mountain, it is full of steep slopes (up to 30% decline) and not supperted steirs - a nightmare for someone with impaired mobility
