This hotel is amazing. We were greeted very friendly by the old man at the reception desk when we checked in, and we were given a better room than the one we had booked (but this may have been because we had stayed at Iberostar hotels several times). We experienced this kindness from all the staff at the hotel. The cleaning lady, Lusi, always left us a surprise in the room, either an elephant folded out of a towel for my daughter, or a little bon-bon. We have stayed in many places in the Canary Islands, but this was the best hotel. It is in a beautiful location, the food is of high quality, very tasty, the entertainment is great, the kids sometimes had popcorn at the pools, sometimes an inflatable jumping castle. We have loved the Iberostar hotel chain, but from now on we will only stay here. Everyone should experience the Iberostar experience. You will find it in this hotel.

Excellent hotel, I had previously emailed the hotel as my daughter has celiacs disease, the first two nights for dining were stressful for her, communication not passed on, but after speaking to juan customer services, hope I have the right spelling everything went smoothly from there, the two chefs who dealt with her were absolutely amazing and I cannot thank them enough, she avoided breakfast as it was so busy, but they did have a gluten feee section where she got some cakes and then fruit. There is also a toaster for gluten free bread, you just have to rely that others don’t use it!! We had a side sea view, lovely size room, beds comfortable, there is a fridge in the room, shower was great. Food exceptional, different choices every night and plenty of variety. Drinks all branded. Pool area lots of sun beds and pools are lovely. Entertainment plenty on offer for adults and kids. The hotel is very clean and all staff work amazingly hard and are all very friendly and polite, the beach is stunning and the water is very clear, sun beds hire is 9 euro per sunbed. It is a family oriented hotel, even though we have come out of school holidays there were a lot of kids, more than I expected.

We have been to this hotel before and fully enjoyed the whole experience. On arrival at the hotel this time an unexpected issue cropped up and we needed some help from the Reception staff to resolve it. Christina from recption duly stepped up to the mark and and did a tremendous job to sort the matter out. Many thanks to Christina. We can confidently assure you that this is very goog hotel and well worth booking into.

We were greated after a late arrival with a very friendly receptionist, she offered us drinks, let us into the restaurant for some food and helped us to our room with cases. The transfer to the hotel was long but was well worth it on waking up to the view from our room. Food- Is okay we never went hungry and my husband is quite a fussy eater. Pools- Are great for children 10 and under there isn't much here for children over this age at all. Rooms- Amazing 🤩 we were over the moon with our room,cleaned daily, fresh towels if I were to be picky I would say more clothes storage would be beneficial for bigger families. Entertainment - needs improvement, same songs daily, same meet and great with Starkey & Stella and having pictures taken. Some of the shows were good but this I would say is were improvements need to be made, the theatre room is not set out properly, Entertainment staff are lovely. The biggest problem we have found during our stay has been the other guests this is something the hotel has no control over, people allow their children to take other children's belongings, children are not supervised and just left to run rogue. We had an adult ask if a seat was spare next to us in the entertainment room to which we said yes and she helped herself to our crisps and gave the child she had with her the bowl of crisps, this is probably 75% of the guests and rude and inconsiderate. As a whole the hotel staff are friendly however this hotel is definitely catered more towards German families. The location if you are a beach lover is perfect, Beautiful part of the world, would I visit the hotel again probably not, do I regret coming absolutely not.
