Fantastic Boutique hotel, lovely clean room and fabulous food. Quiet location and a great couples only hotel. Staff are very attentive and excellent value for money. Would highly recommend

We opted for a premium room and it did not disappoint .. the furniture as noted by a previous guest could do with upgrading but the view and location of the room compensate . The staff are courteous and professional in all areas of the hotel . This was our first visit and we would certainly return . The food was varied and good quality in fact the Christmas Gala Dinner outstanding ⭐️ We had no issue with sun loungers everyone adhered to the no towels left policy though on our last morning I noted a gentleman ignoring it . If I had one criticism it would be the lack of cleaning around the sun bathing areas particularly the tiled surfaces they need attention on a more regular basis as people eating drinking and smoking in these areas daily . My General feeling in regards to the hotel was it was a small relaxed hotel in a fabulous location and our “Thanks” to all the staff for making our stay wonderful .

“Excellent time”

It was my wife Wendy's 60th birthday on 1st December so this trip was part of her birthday present, when the hotel found out we came back from a lovely day out to find that they had left a lovely bottle of bubbly for her. It was my wife Wendy's 60th birthday on 1st December so this trip was part of her birthday present, when the hotel found out we came back from a lovely day out to find that they had left a lovely bottle of bubbly for her. The staff were all very friendly and helpful especially Birte on reception. The location of the hotel was superb with it being on the beach front and elevated way above the path below which meant an unspoilt view of the sea. Our room was no.14 and I must say it was extremely comfortable and very clean. The food and drink was of a very high quality and plenty of it! We hope to visit again this time next year to warm our cold English bones.

“Great week just a few niggles”

Just back from a sunny week. Hotel in great location with full sea & beach views and easy access from all rooms and terraces. Food (and wine) was lovely with lots of variety and not like usual buffet type fare in large hotels. We had fabulous fish freshly cooked for example. Staff were hard working… more

Just back from a sunny week. Hotel in great location with full sea & beach views and easy access from all rooms and terraces. Food (and wine) was lovely with lots of variety and not like usual buffet type fare in large hotels. We had fabulous fish freshly cooked for example. Staff were hard working moving roles from day to day. Most were obviously fluent in German for the majority of the guests. Day beds at the jacuzzi terrace were really comfortable with parasols that could easily be moved. These beds were less likely to be "reserved" than those at the pool and we had no problems finding a nice space every day. Some niggles for us were: -the very early morning (still dark) noise for at least an hour from bin men / delivery drivers as they went in & out the storage area under our room (26). Shame as this was otherwise a great room on the end. When we raised the noise with reception on day 4 of our 7 we were offered a change of room but chose to stay as we liked the room otherwise and didn't want the upheaval with a few days left. We raised it more for the hotel to consider for future guests especially as reception seemed surprised. -Pillows were very thin or additional ones hard. -We weren't aware of Premium room guests being the only ones allowed to sit on the outside terrace for breakfast. We were quickly (loudly & abruptly) put right on that by the restaurant front of house lady when we nearly sat there on our first morning! Very embarrassing and could have been handled differently. -on checking in it was strange to have to decide on which sitting we wanted for all evening meals (before we'd even settled and gained our bearings of the hotel & local area). - comfort rooms come with no coffee machine / kettle. Reception were great at providing a kettle when asked but it was clear all guests were requesting them judging by the number of empty boxes (so why not just provide?). The niggles niggled us (and we fed back in our survey on checkout) but we did really enjoy our week and would reccomend the hotel and visit again ouselves (maybe just not to the noisy room!).
