“Great service”
We had the best service from Ayoze in the reserve area by the beach. He went above and beyond and was super friendly and helpful!

“Great hotel”
An absolutely brilliant hotel, lovely comfortable rooms and lashings of hot water. Every aspect seems to have been thought out with care. All the restaurants we went to were great with brilliant service. All the staff were friendly and helpful.

“Great hotel be mindful of unruly children”
Came here with high expectations after staying in the Lanzarote version, it doesn’t disappoint with every member of staff being exceptional if they don’t like working here they are good actors. Loads of sunbeds in all areas, dining so easy to book ( just to the reception). Only disappointing thing … more

“Beautiful Hotel”
The hotel was clean, staff very friendly and our stay was very relaxing. I’ve given it 4 * because of two things. “My first ever review”
Very clean, friendly staff in general. Food - awful, inconsistent quality. Food not hot and congealed under heat lamps. Lacking in labels, would be a nightmare if you had a food allergy. We were in the reserve area which supplied food all day but this consisted of left over breakfast. Plenty
