Just back from a lovely stay at Sunprime Atlantic View and honestly can’t wait to come back. The hotel is spotless, modern and so peaceful. Staff are all really friendly and helpful without being over the top or constantly in your face, which we loved. The cleaners are amazing and keep everything immaculate. The fitness side is brilliant — one of the best hotel gyms I’ve used and being open 24 hours is such a bonus. The fitness classes were fab too. Pools are a little chilly but absolutely fine once you’re in! Food on the all inclusive was good — fairly basic but always fresh and tasty with plenty to choose from. Tiny suggestion from me… please add grated carrot to the salad buffet 😂 and maybe offer some non-breaded chicken options at lunch. The whole resort has such a calm atmosphere. No loud music, no chaos, and all the guests seemed respectful which made it really relaxing. Only slight downside was the non-branded spirits weren’t great, but it certainly wouldn’t stop us returning. A really lovely relaxing holiday ☀️

We were here in February last year & absolutely loved it so wanted to return. We weren’t disappointed, we loved it again this year, everything was as we remembered. Nice glass of Cava on arrival, welcome gift of wine in a nice big clean room with a really powerful shower & amazing view from the balcony. Plenty of storage space & a small kitchen, we only used the fridge as we were All inclusive. Husband got a complimentary meat & cheese platter with a bottle of Cava delivered to the room on his birthday which is a really nice gesture. The buffet isn’t huge but there’s a good selection of freshly cooked hot & cold food & there’s always plenty of choice, there’s lots of lovely desserts too. Drinks are self service which suited us. There’s a well stocked mini market at the pool & if you’re all inclusive you help yourself to soft drinks, hot drinks & beer ( my husband’s favourite thing!) you could also have spirits & cocktails made by staff. The pool area is very large, quiet & laid back, you can always get a lounger any time of day. Evening entertainment is quite relaxed, the bar has a good selection of drinks. All staff throughout the hotel are friendly & welcoming. There are two supermarkets within five minutes walk, plenty of shops, restaurants etc start at the end of the road. The beach is 20/30 mins walk but worth it to walk past the sand dunes. We’ll definitely be back again!

It’s a genuinely lovely hotel on the slightly smaller scale with only one lounge bar, one restaurant. Rooms are comfy and design is modern. Kitchen area quite small for self catering but we were AI so not fussed by this. Loved the food, I thought the quality was great; the beef was to die for! They did Chateaubriand steak which was absolutely delicious. Cakes were real cakes, I mean beautiful chocolate brownies. Many a calorie indulgence for me. Yoga and aqua aerobics offered for free. Be warned that Yoga is first thing in the morning and located outside on the grass in front of the tennis courts; so pack warm gym wear to stop the goosebumps. Pools are super clean. Preferred the pool that looks like it has a sandy beach type surround; although it isn’t sand, it’s more like large cat litter - which we did find the local cats had used a few times. Not a great smell when sitting down wind! If travelling with Jet2 do not expect to get a ground floor room right on the pool front or the rooms with a large balcony with your own personal sun loungers; these are only for German travel companies. However you do get a top floor apartment and the views are amazeballs! Night time entertainment was questionable but appeared well liked by the older generation. However Yumbos or Cita Centre aren’t that far away for more lively entertainment for people with a pulse. All the staff were lovely - the lounge bar, mini mart, restaurant, front desk, cleaners and maintenance staff; all so friendly. Cocktails were awesome and highly recommend Hawaii; so refreshing.

We've lost count how many times we've visted here now, but we hadn't been in a while due to the refurb' we were told about, although we couldn't see signs of that anywhere other than what looked like a new air-con system. What was noticable though is the change around of rooms available to certain package holiday companies, we went with Jet2 and it is my opinion that they're treated like lower class customers, our room was above the outdoor toilets ... great! The rooms themselves are very average but I can't really fault them for anyhing, except that I had to report ants in the bathroom & kitchen areas. The biggest miss for me was Ivan, although Oscar did a more than admirable job, as did Pablo with his exceptional cheeriness. The food was below par for what we'd previously experienced here and as my wife stated, you shouldn't be allowed to advertise as all inclusive if you insist on having lunch as Al a carte and a set menu. The food for the buffet was always cold, every single day, the only exception was at lunch with the al a carte menu because each dish was individually prepared and cooked, based on this experience we will not be returning here as all inclusive guests again. The pool area is kept very tidy and clean, although there's a lot of leaf and blossom fall from the trees but that's not really an issue. During this particular timeframe (late April) there were no issues with sun beds, although some of them did look a bit aged and ready for replacement. There were signs zip tied to every parasol upright stating that longers should not be reserved before 9am unless being used immediately, my wife & I usually had breakfast and were out by the pool well before 9am just waiting for the suns firt peek over the hotel roof. The 2nd biggest problem (after the all inclusive food) was the drinks or more specifically trying to get certain bar staff to NOT use so much alcohol, if we're ordering cocktails we want to actually taste them and not the 2/3 local spirit used to make it, it got to the point where we would only use the bar when certain staff members weren't serving ... I get it, we're British but not all Brits want to get hammered. With this resort being Adults Only, it made the atmosphere very calm and that's just what we really like about Sunprime Atlantic View and as said in previous reviews, it is the staff here that makes it what it is and it's looking likely that we'll be coming back again next year for my wife's 50th birthday too.
