Very clean hotel. This is it 2nd visit here and it won't be our last. Staff are friendly, large rooms with great cooking facilities. Air conditioning and large storage for clothes. Everything in apartment is really clean and comfortable. Ideal for playa blanca marina, and it is about 1 mile to playa blanca town centre and main beach/shops/ restaurant area, but it is such a pleasant walk along the promenade.

So this was booked for us based on location alone really as its very close to the Marina Rubicon, however it far exceeded my expectations yes there are a few cons but very minor, I will come back to those. Whole hotel is spotless, one of the cleanest I have been too! Pool again is crystal clear, no tiles missing, loads of sunbeds, and also the pool is heated. Pool area is spotlessly clean too. Good quality Pool towels that are long and cover the entire sunbed. No music or noise around the pool. Apartments, a good size we are in 232 which has a sort of sideways view of the sea/port. But we didn't pay for any particular view so I am more than happy with this. Proper A/C units in both bedroom and lounge. which worked very well. Kitchen seemed well equipped (we only used glasses and the fridge) but even that had a large freezer so we put ice creams in the freezer from the supermarket. Very good and large walk in shower. We asked for the bed to be bed into a double before jand vua our travel agent, which was done, the bed was very very comfortable infact one of thr best hotel beds i have slept in Breakfast, is not vast but its enough, fruit juice is better than most hotels. So the cons, which are minor Rooms are serviced every day apart from Thursday and Sunday (I think historically canaries tuen around days) Towels are only changed 3 days a week. Bedding changed twice a week not on request , as per some other hotels. There are some building works close by but didnt bother us at all, but these wont be there forever! But all these are fine, and definitely do not let these put you off. What the hotel is not:- It's not a hotel Volcan, or an Iberostar or a Rubicon Palace. There's no entertainment or evening bar, but it's not trying to be like those larger hotels it's a completely diffrent set up. So if you want somewhere very clean with good A/C in a fantastic location that's definitely priced right, then book this! We did and will be doing so again! You get what you pay for, butbin this case I think you actually get a bit more than that!

Excellent accommodation,super friendly staff,spotless throughout. Nothing was too much trouble from anyone. As travelling with a disabled partner I’m always a bit concerned about if suitable but no need to be concerned totally accessible for his needs. Weather was beautiful. Shops and restaurants all within easy reach and reasonably priced. Always plenty of sunbeds available around the pool and no need to reserve them at silly o clock!!!! Will definitely be returning next year

Having decided that Lanzarote was our destination for our March holiday, we settled on Cordial Marina Blanca for our place to stay for 4 weeks. We arrived late afternoon , and we received a very friendly reception , checked in efficiently, and given lots of information on how things are run. We had a 1 bedroom apartment, which for the 2 of us was very spacious. The sofa in the lounge area doubles as a bed if you come as a family. There are 2 large smart tvs, 1 in the bedroom , the other in the lounge area. The kitchen was one of the best equipped we've stayed in , although the microwave was very confusing, and there is no oven. But the hob worked well, and there was plenty of pans and crockery. The walk-in shower was excellent. There is an onsite restaurant that caters for breakfast , at a cost of €13 per person, or at a lower cost should you purchase a package. There is a bar, and you can purchase snacks till 3pm. There is a large pool and sunbed area. The weather wasn't the best during our stay, and it could get quite windy around the pool area so consequently you could always find a sunbed easily. I would imagine that would alter during the summer months , but there were quite a lot, and they were comfortable . There was no entertainment. This suited us, and as a large proportion of guests were elderly I assumed it was chosen for the peaceful surroundings . All the staff we encountered were friendly and helpful. They never failed to speak in passing. The lady who cleaned our room was very friendly and really lovely. The complex is literally across the road from the marina , there are lots of quality restaurants really close by, most of which are a very high standard. There is a shopping centre nearby, with several shops and an excellent Hippodino . Yes, there is building work in the area, but we were never really disturbed by any of it. To conclude, despite the mixed weather, which you can never guarantee, we had an excellent time and would not hesitate to recommend staying here.
