We have read a lot of negative reviews and didn’t know what to expect… BUT our experience was amazing! The room was spacious and cleaned everyday with fresh towels provided. The food wasn’t cold like some of the reviewers mentioned. There was plenty of choices for breakfast lunch and evening meal. There is also a few restaurants near the beach that serve great steaks 🥩 if you fancy something else. There is a massive aqua park just outside the hotel which is free to use. In the afternoon there are arcades and mini disco for a little ones and adults entertainment after. The animation team is great and there is children clubs twice a day! The staff were very lovely. There are shops just near with souvenirs and essentials. There is beer on tap you can serve yourself during meals time. The bar is open from 10 am with drinks food and cakes. Both lifts were working fine. We have booked a boat trip to see the dolphins and it was amazing. There is also Puerto de Mogán just 10 min away on the bus were the have markets cafes etc We had the best time with our 3 year old. We will definitely come back!

I never go to the extent of writing reviews but after reading lots of negative reviews leading up to our holiday I wanted to share our option. We stayed here for 7 nights 2 Adults and 1 child (7) and what a fantastic week we have had. Room was clean and tidy, beds/towels changed often at request and the cleaning staff were lovely. Hotel is beautiful and smells absolutely amazing as it’s cleaned regularly. The hotels own pool is fantastic, good size and lots of loungers we never had an issue getting 3 for us. The pool isn’t too deep (around 1.5m) so good for all ages and there is a smaller pool which we didn’t use but that also looked clean and tidy. Couldn’t fault the food there was lots of choice and often themed night (Mexican night including tacos and then an Italian night which featured lasagnes) . The all inclusive selection was quite good too we aren’t very big alcohol drinkers, there is a bar area at the pool where there is a snack bit often featuring salads, hamburgers , beef burgers or hot dogs as well as fruits and pastry items) . We only had one little visit to the water park as my little girl isn’t a fan of slides , it is salt water down at the waterpark which can be a little bit stingy for the eyes but it’s no different to sea water. You can’t use your all inclusive bands at the water park however there is an option to purchase an all inclusive day pass for the water park (€13 for adult and I think €7/8 for children) we didn’t bother as we only stayed at the park for an hour or two but definitely worth it , if you are planning a whole day there. There’s a few little souvenir shops across from the hotel and a supermarket as well as some little ice cream counters. If you are looking for excursions i definitely recommend visiting Rachel and Elaine ( little hut near the entrance of the waterpark) we did the super catamaran dolphin watching and Puerto mogan markets (Fridays only) and it was amazing we spent 2hours on the catamaran and received 2 drinks each (you have to pay €1 for a cup but you get to keep it) then 2hrs 30 at mogan markets. There is entertainment on an evening which can get quite loud but it is all finished by 11pm , you can use your all inclusive bands at the entertain plaza and this is shared between the surrounding hotels we didn’t go to the entertainment but we often listened from the balcony and it was alright but seemed to be the same thing every night. Overall we’d stay again ,there’s not much surrounding the hotel which makes it good for families and it is only around 15minutes by public transport from Puerto Rico and other little places. If you are looking a booking here I would go for it ignore the negative reviews it is only a 3 star after all. I was so close to cancelling after reading some comments online but glad I didn’t in the end.

My family and I had a wonderful holiday and would happily return to Gran Canaria, maybe not this hotel necessarily, but we had a great time. There were many positives, along with a few areas that could be improved, which I’ve outlined below. Location & Transport The hotel is in a more remote location, but taxis are readily available within the resort and local buses are very affordable (around £2 one way). We travelled with Jet2, and although the airport transfer took approximately 2 hours, the journey by car would typically take under 40 minutes. Cleanliness & Rooms The hotel is exceptionally clean and well-maintained. Public areas, including lifts and floors, were constantly being cleaned, and housekeeping did an excellent job servicing the rooms. We stayed in a family suite, which was spacious and comfortably accommodated the four of us. Food & Dining The food was consistently fresh, tasty, and varied, with different options available each day. There was something for everyone, from local seafood dishes to simple, child-friendly options like chips and plain pasta. While the desserts were not a highlight, we were always able to find something enjoyable. The restaurant staff were efficient, friendly, and attentive, clearing plates promptly. All-Inclusive Offering Breakfast, lunch, and dinner exceeded expectations. However, the snack bar was disappointing and did not reflect a typical all-inclusive experience. Options were limited to items such as dry hot dog buns, processed sausages, ham sandwiches, and fruit, with biscuits occasionally available but often not replenished. There was also no all-inclusive ice cream available. Additionally, the two-drink limit per person at the bar felt restrictive, especially when ordering for children. For example, I was unable to order drinks for my family in one go and had to queue again, which was inconvenient. Entertainment The evening entertainment, particularly for children, was very enjoyable and well-received by our kids. However, it can be quite lively and noisy, which may not suit guests seeking a quieter atmosphere. Waterpark Although the waterpark is operated by a separate company, it is advertised in a way that suggests it is part of the all-inclusive package. In reality, all food and drinks within the waterpark must be purchased separately, which was somewhat misleading. It is also a bit run down and needs maintenence. Water Availability One bottle of water was provided on arrival, but additional water had to be purchased. There was access to tap water via the soda machines, although this was carbonated, which may not suit everyone. Final Thoughts Despite a few shortcomings, we had a fantastic stay overall. The hotel offers great value in many areas, particularly cleanliness, dining, and family-friendly entertainment. With a few improvements to the all-inclusive offering, it could be an even better experience.
