Hi, Me, my brother, and our friend stayed at this hotel and we all had our own rooms. ReceptionCheck-in was very quick, and cold plate food was offered on arrival after our late flight, which was a lovely touch. The staff were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. BedroomsTwo of the rooms were quite spacious, while the other was a little smaller. All rooms were very clean and had plenty of storage space. The only thing I would suggest is having bottled water provided in the rooms, and the bathrooms could do with a little updating. If you want to use the air conditioning, there is a €10 deposit, but you get this back at the end of your holiday, which I think is very reasonable. The safe in the room costs €2 per day plus a €10 deposit, which again is reasonable. Hotel & Pool AreaThe hotel and pool areas were always very clean and well maintained. FoodAll of the food was very good, and every night there was plenty of choice with something different for everyone to enjoy. The only thing I would add at the lunch bar would be the option to have cheese on the burgers. We didn’t get the chance to use the spa, but it looked amazing. DrinksMost drinks at the bar were good, although the cocktails could use some improvement. For example, a strawberry daiquiri is normally served frozen, but this wasn’t the case here and unfortunately it wasn’t very nice. Overall, we had a great holiday and will definitely be returning. **A Great Family Holiday – and a Future Return Visitor Already Confirmed!** We’ve just returned from a family holiday at the Bull Eugenia Victoria and had a really enjoyable stay. The highlight for our children was definitely the pool, which they absolutely loved and spent most of their time in. My youngest also became a firm fan of the evening entertainment, particularly the karaoke. Apologies to any fellow guests who had to endure her enthusiastic rendition of *Golden* – what she lacked in pitch she more than made up for in commitment! My eldest enjoyed the holiday so much that he's already planning next year's return visit, which is probably the strongest endorsement a hotel can receive from a child. For my wife and I, the standout feature was how spotlessly clean the hotel was throughout our stay. The staff clearly work incredibly hard to keep everything looking its best. We also found the food to be of a consistently good standard. There was only one evening where we struggled to find much that appealed to us, but aside from that the meals were varied, fresh and enjoyable. The one black mark from my wife concerns her morning cup of tea, which is a completely non-negotiable part of any holiday. We even packed a travel kettle to make sure the daily ritual could continue uninterrupted. Unfortunately, her favourite mug mysteriously disappeared from the room during our stay and, despite checking with reception several times, it never reappeared. An odd thing to go missing in our opinion! As a result, she was relegated to drinking her morning tea from a much smaller cup "borrowed" from the restaurant for the remainder of the holiday. While hardly a major issue in the grand scheme of things, it became something of a running joke and probably explains why this review stops short of five stars. Overall, I would rate the hotel 4 out of 5. That's not because anything was wrong – quite the opposite. We had a lovely holiday and would happily return. The only reason it doesn't quite reach 5 stars for me is that it was missing that one truly standout feature or experience that elevates a very good hotel into an exceptional one. That said, if you're looking for a clean, family-friendly hotel with good food, plenty for children to do and a relaxed holiday atmosphere, the Bull Eugenia Victoria is a solid choice.

Hotel itself if ok, its quite dated but that didnt bother me too much. Food is not bad. Very bad choice for children mind you. The drinks were really cheap and going half board was great for that. My biggest issue is the other guests! So so so rude! I have never been to a hotel before where guests yelled at you, glared and had appalling behaviour. And when I say this the average age of these rude guests were 70plus. Majority were of a certain nationality, they are just so rude! They bang into you when walking, stare at you eating, clearly hate children (even though this is a family hotel and I stayed in May half term) have no manners and actually made me feel so uncomfortable. These are people who clearly think they own the hotel, but problem is they take 80percent of the guests up. I would never come again because of this. Also the area of the hotel isn't the nicest, much prettier resorts
