“Superb hotel with amazing service”
Superb service from amazing friendly personnel. We are recurring guests (already 3x) and wiil for sure come back for many many years! The Privilege formula is highly recommened. Very good meals + very nice activities (e.g. Dj Bingo from Raul)

“H10 hotel + Raul the GOAT”
The rooms were very clean. the location was excellent, so many things to do just a walk from the hotel, such as mini golf and loads of pubs. Lovely hotel in an excellent position for exploring Puerto. Decor throughout is really nice and modern and our room overlooked the lido so so very pleased.
