“Lovely hotel, lovely staff”
We stayed at this hotel for five nights, on our late arrival they was a cold buffet waiting for us which was unexpected and very lovely. The staff were very friendly, helpful and went the extra mile with us. Especially with our son who is autistic and has high needs to meet they couldn't do enough … more

“Positives and negatives overall good”
The Hotel H10 Tenerife Player Puerto da la Cruz Was in a prime position on the front promenade. Hotel was spotless clean . Stayed in room 340 . Spacious room with a balcony couldn’t fault it .
